TUITION POLICIES
• Tuition is based on an annual tuition amount that is divided into 10 equal monthly installments (August through May). Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes held in a given month.
• Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 7th of the month. Payments received on or after the 8th are subject to a $15 late fee, which will be automatically added to the account.
• All accounts must have a valid credit or debit card on file. Online registration will automatically enroll your account in AutoPay.
• Tuition is not prorated for missed classes, holidays, scheduled studio closures, or school breaks.
• A non-refundable registration fee of $35 per student or $55 per family (two or more dancers) is due upon registration.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payments over $25.
• All invoices and account statements are sent electronically to the email address on file.
• A $30 returned check fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank. After one returned check, all future payments must be made by cash or credit/debit card.
• Personal checks will not be accepted after April 1. Beginning April 1, payments must be made by cash or credit/debit card.
• We do not accept post-dated checks.
• The studio reserves the right to suspend a student's participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, or other studio activities if their account becomes delinquent.
• All tuition and fees must be paid in full and the account must be current before a student may participate in spring performances, competitions, receive costumes, or participate in any other studio events.
ATTENDANCE, MAKE-UP CLASSES & WITHDRAWAL
We encourage all students and families to remain enrolled for the full dance season. Consistent attendance allows dancers to develop strong technical skills, build confidence, and experience the full benefits of their training while fostering lasting friendships and teamwork.
Tuition reserves your dancer's place in class and is therefore non-refundable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes due to illness, vacation, religious observances, weather, or any other reason. Whenever possible, missed classes may be made up in a comparable class through April 1, 2027, subject to instructor approval and class availability.
If a student wishes to withdraw from a class or from the studio, a completed and signed Withdrawal Form must be submitted to the studio office. Verbal notification, text messages, or emails do not constitute official withdrawal.
Tuition will continue to be charged until the Withdrawal Form has been received and processed. Withdrawals become effective on the first day of the following month and tuition is not prorated.
Registration fees, tuition, costumes, competition fees, recital fees, and any other payments previously made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
