-We require a 30 day notice to drop a class. If not notified, you will continue to be charged tuition

-Costume fees, recital fees, competition fees, tickets, registration fees and tuition are non refundable. All dance fees are non refundable

- Tuition is due by the 5th of each month, late fee is a $25 charge

-Tuition, registration fee, recital fees, costume fees and competition fees will all run on autopay on their due dates

We know things get very busy at the end of the year, let us make it easier for you!
Please let us know by May 31st if you will be returning or unfortunately leaving for the following season.

Due to a new program in our system, we will be able to automatically re enroll your student in their current classes. Has your child aged up? We will make sure to put your child in the appropriate level and age group. Want to add more classes? Let us know by May 31st what you would like to add or take away.

Your account will be charged for registration fees July 1st to hold your dancers spot and tuition August 1st

Accepting this waiver is letting us know you are okay your child's photo to be used for advertisement or social media use. This is not a guarantee, but a possibility their face will be shown.

Please make sure your child is in the proper attire before entering the studio.

Dancers should be dropped off within five minutes of class beginning. There will be no late entries after 10 minutes allowed to avoid disruption of class. Dancers must be picked up immediately after class. If your child is 9 or older and has a one hour (or less) time period between classes we do offer a break room so that they may have a bite to eat and do homework. Children 8 or younger must be picked up between classes. Our lobby will be open to our parents.

I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Motion Dance Center.

I/we agree to release and hold harmless Motion Dance Center including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by both entities from any cause
of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Motion Dance Center liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Motion Dance Center.


I understand that Motion Dance Center is a licensed and insured business. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or
after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Owner, Director, Instructor or Staff member as soon as possible.

Recital fee is $75 and are charged in $25 increments in October, November, and December. Recital fee includes participation in the recital, t-shirt, award and video of the recital performance. Tickets are not included in this fee.

Ages 2-10
Recital costume deposits are $40 per costume and are charged October 10th.
Remaining balance for costumes ($60) is charged in two payments, $30, on February 1st and March 1st.

Ages 11+
Recital costume deposits are $50 per costume and are charged October 10th.
Remaining balance for costumes ($60) is charged in two payments, $30 on February 1st and March 1st.

All recital and costume fees are non-refundable.
These fees are included in auto pay charges

Tuition is due the first of the month. Any payments due after the 5th will be charged a $25 late fee.

An annual registration fee of $30 is debited upon registration for the first and second dancer, registration fee caps off at dancers. Any more than two dancers does not need a registration fee. If a dancer takes a break during the season they are required to re-submit a $30 registration fee.

Motion Dance Center requires a thirty day written notice to drop class(es). Tuition will be charged for the next month if not placed within the 30 day timeline. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TUITION OR ANY STUDIO FEES. CREDITS ONLY IF APPROVED.

Once you SUBMIT your registration you are responsible for registration fees and tuition for the remainder of the month. Please do not submit registration unless you are ready to start the next available class. Tuition for the first month will be prorated if you register after the first of the month to reflect the remaining classes for that month.

Auto pay will be charged every month on the 1st
