Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kihei Dance Connection. By registering for our kids dance classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Registration and Payment
Upon registering for Kihei Dance Connection kids dance classes, payment must be made in full using a valid credit card. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Kihei Dance Connection to charge the full amount of the selected class(es) to your credit card.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $25 will be applied to each account upon signing up. This fee covers administrative costs and is separate from the class fees.

2. Class Enrollment
Enrollment in Kihei Dance Connection kids classes is subject to availability. Classes have limited spots and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kihei Dance Connection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. In the event of a cancellation by Kihei Dance Connection, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once registered, participants have a grace period of 24 hours to cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund, excluding the registration fee. After this period, the class fee is non-refundable.
If a participant wishes to withdraw from a class after the grace period, they may be eligible to transfer to another class, subject to availability and at the discretion of Kihei Dance Connection administration.

4. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver
All participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dance and physical activity. By agreeing to these terms, participants waive any claims against Kihei Dance Connection, its instructors, or affiliates for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of participation in the classes.

6. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering classes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Kihei Dance Connection reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued enrollment in classes following any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

Acknowledgment
By registering for a Kihei Dance Connection dance class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Liability Waiver

-Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate at Kihei Dance Connection, the student/parents release and forever discharges Kihei Dance Connection, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims, and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of the student, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the risks inherent in the students participation at Kihei Dance Connection.

-The Student/parents/legal guardian understands that the student would not be permitted to participate in classes at Kihei Dance Connection unless the student/parent/legal guardian signed this Waiver.

-The student/parent/legal guardian acknowledges to the Kihei Dance Connection that the student does not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent the student from participating in classes at Kihei Dance Connection. If required, the student/parent/legal guardian will obtain a medical examination and clearance.
