Welcome to Anissa's Dance Academy Online Registration! We are excited to have you join our dance family! All dance families will be required to have a credit card on file. Dance families will continue to have the option to submit tuition and any related dance fees by cash, check, or Venmo.

Anissa's Dance Academy accepts cash, check, Venmo and credit card for tuition payments, costume payments, and choreography/rehearsal fees payments.
Automatic monthly tuition withdrawal and costume payments is available through the Portal.

Costume Deposits are due October 1st, 2025.
There is a $65.00 non refundable costume deposit required for each costume that will be ordered for your child.
If a costume deposit is not made a costume order WILL NOT BE PLACED FOR YOUR CHILD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Costume Balances will be attached to the January Newsletter and due January 31st, 2026.

Students will come to class on time, in proper dance attire with hair secured and no large jewelry.
For any missed classes students are welcome to make up in another class within two weeks.
Students are allowed four makeup classes throughout the year.
Vacation weeks are off weeks therefore make up classes are not necessary.
There are no refunds for absences.
Dancers are required to keep their cell phones in their dance bags during class and in class water breaks.
Parents are required to wait in the lobby during their child's dance class for ages 18 months - 5 years old.
Parents are required to wait in the lobby during their child's dance classes if your child needs assistance in the bathroom.
Parents/Guardians must be on time picking up your child.
Gum chewing is not allowed in the dance studio.
Dancers should wash their hands prior to entering the dance room or use hand sanitizer.
Dancers, siblings, parents/guardians and anyone affiliated with the dance studio are required to remain in our lobby while classes are in session. Roaming the building and halls is prohibited.
Dancers waiting in the lobby will respect the lobby, the studio property, and conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Dancers misbehaving in the lobby during breaks will be asked to leave and will not allowed to stay during a scheduled break.
Anissa's Dance Academy is a smoke free and substance free environment. The use of alcohol, vaping, smoking or marijuana use is prohibited. Any student found using any substance on the property will receive a warning for their first offense. The second offense they will be dismissed from Anissa's Dance Academy.
Bullying, social media bullying, use of fowl language is prohibited. Any student breaking this policy will receive a warning for their first offense. The second offense they will be dismissed from Anissa's Dance Academy.

I agree to release pictures and video for advertising purposes via newspapers, internet, brochures, or social media to Anissa's dance Academy.

A Non-Refundable Annual Registration Payment for all dancers is due at the time of online enrollment for the 2025 - 2026 Dance Season.
Registration Fee is $30 for 1st child, 2nd child $20 with a family max of $50 per year.
*Competition Team Dancers do not have an additional Registration Fee

September Tuition & is due within one week of registering for classes.
If payment is not received your child's spot will not be held in the class(es).
Tuition is due no later than the 15th of the month for October, November, December, January & February tuition.
Off tuition months are March, April, & May if registered by September 30th, 2024.
A $10.00 late fee will be assessed on the 20th of the month for any late payments and added automatically to your account.
Any student with an outstanding tuition balance will not be allowed to attend classes until a signed automatic payment plan has been put in place.
There is a $25.00 insufficient funds/return check fee.

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

I agree to use Anissa's Dance Academy at my own risk. I agree to release and discharge Anissa E. Gordon, her successors, agents, and employees from all liabilities, claims, and demands that may result in my participation at Anissa's Dance Academy. I further acknowledge in signing this I release all risk of injury to my person and my property arising from my participation at Anissa's Dance Academy, and assume and agree to pay all medical costs or property damage that may occur. I understand dance is a sport and assume all risk of injury in my child's participation. I agree to release any pictures, studio video footage and competition video footage for advertising purposes via newspapers, internet, & social media. I understand that my child is being video tapped during class and the stored footage can be used to refer back to for participation, behavior, general evaluation, and any questions that arise from participation at Anissa's Dance Academy. I understand and acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all responsibility and risk that my child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating and attending dance lessons at Anissa's Dance Academy. I Release, Waive, Discharge, Covenant Not To Sue Anissa's Dance Academy, Anissa E Gordon, her successors, agents and employees from any liability related to but not limited to exposure to COVID-19. I agree to not send my child(ren) to Anissa's Dance Academy if they are showing any flu like symptoms or signs such as but not limited to fever, cough, rash, or any of the symptoms related to COVID-19 or any contagious sicknesses or diseases. I further acknowledge that there are no refunds due to sickness or injury from Anissa Gordon, Anissa's Dance Academy or any competition that my child is participating in. All competition fees are non refundable and I fully understand and agree to the terms.
The undersigned has Read and Voluntarily Signs the Release and Waiver of Liability and agree to the above mentioned for the 2025 - 2026 Dance Season.
