This class focuses on building core strength, stamina, flexibility, and joint stability to support safe and powerful movement. Through a blend of conditioning exercises, dynamic stretching, and mobility drills, dancers will improve alignment, balance, and overall physical endurance. Strength & Mobility is the perfect addition to any dancer’s training to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. This is a required class for all Competition Team Dancers.
