The Studio at Mainstage – Financial Policy - 2025-2026 Studio Year
The Studio at Mainstage offers tuition payment plans broken into monthly installments, as detailed in the payment breakdown below. The installment amount remains the same regardless of the number of classes held in a given month and includes all additional dress/tech rehearsals or performance preparations throughout the year.
Performance Classes
All performance classes culminate in a public performance at Camden County College or Harmony Hall in Gloucester County, as noted in the class welcome letter. All rehearsals, call times, and performance dates are listed for your reference.
Skill-Based Classes
Skill-based classes will conclude with an invited parent showcase at the end of the 8th week of each session, where students will demonstrate their skill development for family and friends.
Please note: Tuition secures a reserved place in the class, not individual classes. Tuition is non-refundable, and no adjustments will be made for the number of classes in a month or for days missed due to illness or personal circumstances. If a class is canceled by Mainstage, every effort will be made to offer a make-up class at a mutually convenient time for students and staff.
Studio Registration Fee
There is a one-time, non-refundable $50 registration fee per student, per year, charged upon initial enrollment. This fee covers the full studio year from September 1, 2025 – June 15, 2026.
Payment Plan
You will pay the first installment for each class upon enrollment. This fee is charged once per class and is subject to the withdrawal and refund policies outlined below.
As outlined in the payment schedule, Mainstage may automatically charge your debit or credit card on file on the listed dates. If a card is declined, the Business Manager will contact you via email or phone. If payment is not received within one week, a formal letter will be sent with payment options. After a second failed attempt, your child will not be permitted to participate in class until the balance is paid in full.
Payment by Check
If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $35 service fee will be added to your account in addition to the monthly tuition. The full amount due must be delivered in cash directly to the Studio at Mainstage by the 10th of that month in order to retain your student’s place in class.
