Creative Drama: Spellbound
Step into a world of magic, mystery, and imagination in Spellbound! Young witches, wizards, and magical creatures will explore the enchanted art of theater through creative drama games, storytelling, movement, character creation, and imaginative play inspired by the world of wizardry. Each week, students will go on magical adventures, cast pretend spells, invent fantastical characters, and work together to bring their own magical stories to life. Perfect for budding performers with big imaginations, this playful class builds confidence, creativity, teamwork, and stage skills in a fun and supportive environment. Costumes and magical enthusiasm encouraged!

Hocus Pocus is a spellbinding musical theater class where students in grades 3–5 will build confidence and performance skills through songs, movement, acting games, and scenes inspired by magical worlds and spooky fun. Over five enchanted weeks, performers will explore character development, stage presence, vocal technique, choreography, and storytelling while working together in a fun, supportive ensemble. Whether your child is new to the stage or already loves the spotlight, this high-energy class is the perfect place to make theater magic happen!

Elf JR.
Elf The Musical Jr. tells the story of Buddy, a human who was accidentally raised by Santa’s elves at the North Pole. When he learns the truth about his identity, Buddy travels to New York City to find his birth father, reconnect with his family, and spread Christmas cheer. Along the way, his kindness and optimism help others rediscover the true meaning of Christmas.
Rehearsals are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Tech Week: Sunday, November 1, through Thursday, November 5
Performances: Friday, November 6; Saturday, November 7; and Sunday, November 8.

Puffs Young Wizard Edition
Step into the magical world of Puffs: Young Wizard Edition! In this production class, students will rehearse and perform this hilarious, fast-paced comedy that tells the story of the often-overlooked students who attended a certain famous wizarding school at the same time as a well-known boy hero.
Throughout the rehearsal process, students will develop acting, vocal projection, character development, stage movement, and ensemble performance skills while learning the responsibilities and excitement of being part of a full theatrical production. Rehearsals will focus on collaboration, creativity, confidence, and storytelling, culminating in public performances for family and friends.
Whether you're new to the stage or an experienced performer, this class offers a fun and supportive environment where every cast member plays an important role in bringing the magic to life.

Over four two-hour sessions, students will explore the fundamentals of improvisation through theater games, scene work, storytelling exercises, and ensemble-building activities. Performers will learn how to say “yes, and,” create memorable characters, build confidence onstage, and work collaboratively in the moment — no scripts required!
Perfect for both experienced actors and students brand new to theater, this class encourages creativity, quick thinking, teamwork, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment. Whether students want to sharpen their acting skills or simply have a blast making things up on the spot, our Improv class is the perfect place to play, perform, and let imaginations run wild.

Join Broadway actor Ben Fankhauser for an engaging masterclass focused on the art of acting through song. In this session, students will explore how to make strong acting choices, connect authentically to lyrics, and tell a compelling story through musical performance.
Student Requirements:
-Prepare one musical theater song.
-Bring clearly marked sheet music with a 32-bar cut.
-An accompanist will be provided.
This class is designed for performers looking to strengthen their storytelling skills, deepen their connection to text, and elevate their audition and performance technique.
Best known as Davey from Disney’s Newsies on Broadway, Ben has also starred in the 1st national tours of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and Spring Awakening. New York credits include Mack & Mabel, Dear World (City Center Encores), Saturday Night (The York), Ghost of John McCain (Soho Playhouse) and Regina Comet (DR2) which he also co-wrote. Regionally Ben has performed at The Paper Mill Playhouse, TUTS, Bucks County Playhouse, Hartford Stage, Denver Center, The Olney, Gulfshore Playhouse, The Fulton Theatre, Broadway Sacramento and more. Broadway Choreography Masterclass: Mamma Mia!
Join Broadway actor Chris Stevens for a high-energy choreography masterclass featuring original movement inspired by the hit musical Mamma Mia! Learn choreography in the style of the Broadway production while gaining insight into the rehearsal process, performance techniques, and what it's like to perform in one of Broadway's most beloved musicals.
Chris Stevens is a South Jersey native and was a member of The Harmony Show Choir during his entire four years at Triton Regional High School (2003 - 2007). He graduated from DeSales University in 2011 with a double major in Musical Theatre and Communication. Since graduating Chris has travelled the country five times on the Broadway national tours of CATS, Mamma Mia!, Jersey Boys, Waitress, and TINA: The Tina Turner Musical. He also appeared in the Off-Broadway company of Jersey Boys and went on to make his primetime television debut on NBC's Law & Order. Mr. Stevens has worked at numerous regional theatres across the country and has had the honor of singing the national anthem for: The Charlotte Football Club, The Philadelphia Eagles, The New York Mets, The New York Islanders, and the Philadelphia Phillies. He is a 2019 S.A.L.T Award winner for his portrayal of Buddy the Elf in Syracuse Stage's production of Elf the Musical.

Booking the Room: Audition Technique
A successful audition begins long before you sing your first note. In this interactive masterclass, students will learn how to prepare and present themselves with confidence, authenticity, and professionalism. Topics include selecting and refining an effective 16-bar cut, making strong acting choices, creating a memorable first impression, managing audition nerves, and recovering gracefully when things don't go as planned.
Students should come prepared with a polished 16-bar cut that has a clear beginning, middle, and end. Volunteers will participate in mock auditions and receive individualized coaching and feedback in a supportive environment, leaving with practical tools they can apply to every audition.
Julia made her Broadway debut playing Christine Daaé in the Phantom of the Opera. She has performed the role of Christine over 900 times between both the Broadway and North American tour productions. Other New York Credits: The Pirates of Penzance (Mabel, New York City Center), Jack's Back (Jenny). Regional: Sunset Boulevard (Betty, Broadway at Music Circus), Beauty and the Beast (Belle, Walnut Street Theatre), The Music Man (Marian Paroo, Broadway at Music Circus), Shrek The Musical (Princess Fiona, Walnut Street Theatre), Tell Me on a Sunday (Emma, Walnut Street Theatre). She has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra under Maestro Yannick Nezet-Seguin, celebrating Leonard Bernstein, as well as Josh Groban in the opening of his Stages tour. TV: “Law & Order: SVU” (supporting), “All My Children” (guest star).
