Payment & Cancellation Policy
Please note that your 15% registration fee is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before the first day of class, you will receive a full refund minus the 15% registration fee. We are not able to issue refunds for cancellations 30 days or less prior to the first day of class, except in the case of illness. In the case of illness, a doctors certificate must be submitted, and we can refund or prorate only up to a maximum of 50% of your tuition.
If a session must be canceled due to low enrollment and no other session is workable for you, we will refund all tuition and fees paid by you.
Payment for each session must be paid in full 30 days prior to the first day of class, unless enrolled in a payment plan. A monthly payment plan is available. Please check your registration email for information on how to sign up.
NO REFUNDS: There will be no refunds or prorating due to student absences.
NON-TRANSFERABLE: Theatre school tuition and spots in our program are non-transferable.
SCHOLARSHIPS: Students who received an audition-based scholarship will see that reflected as a credit on their account to be used for tuition. Need-based scholarships are also available; information on how to apply will be in your registration confirmation email.
