The Junior Theater Festival is a festival produced by iTheatrics for children ages 8-18 held every year in Sacramento and Atlanta, GA. Organizations from all over the world attend each year and present a 15 minute condensed version of a Broadway Jr. show under the license of Music Theatre International or Disney Musicals. The weekend festival includes the show presentation, workshops, guest speakers, awards, and a ticket to a Broadway-style performance. All of this is available for the organization presenting their show, the directors, and the parent chaperones.

Join Grandstreet Summer Theatre School in this two week theatrical summer camp. Students will learn and expand their theatrical skills through workshops with professional artists, play games and make friends, and conclude with a final showcase performance on the final Friday of camp. No previous theatrical experience is necessary, just a desire to play and to try!

If you are a returning or current student please make sure your medical information, grade and t shirt size are updated.

Wednesdays are special elective days. Our capable staff or other cool people from the community teach classes such as stage combat, theatre sports, costume hat making, sidewalk chalk, lighting, theatre tech and other fun happenings. Wednesday elective priorities are on a first full paid registered basis.

Students receive a t-shirt as part of their registration, which they must wear each class day. If you are a current or returning student you must update this on your own.

This unique two-week camp is designed to promote social skills (pragmatics) through the fun and powerful medium of theatre. Designed for students with autism or developmental disabilities, this camp offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice age-appropriate social skills and learn about fundamentals of acting.

The camp will be led by Daylinda Radley, a licensed speech-language pathologist, and Danielle Wineman, actor and arts educator.
"To ensure optimal engagement and participation, this program is most appropriate for participants who have functional communication skills, are able to learn routines and schedules with minimal guidance, and are able to respond positively to partner support and tools (co-regulation) for behavior, sensory and/or emotional regulation.
