Withdrawal from classes must be in writing, 10 days prior to next billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the next month. There are no refunds on tuition, fees, costumes, dancewear.

2026–2027 Tuition & Auto-Pay Agreement

By enrolling myself or my child at Legacy Dance Company LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following Tuition & Auto-Pay Agreement:

Tuition Payments

Tuition is charged in equal monthly installments and reserves my dancer’s place in class, regardless of attendance.
Monthly tuition is due on the 25th of each month for the following month’s classes.
Tuition is not based on the number of classes attended each month and will not be prorated for missed classes, holidays reflected on the studio calendar, studio closures, or absences.
Auto-Pay Authorization

I authorize Legacy Dance Company LLC to securely maintain my payment information and automatically charge the credit or debit card on file for:

Monthly tuition
Annual registration fees
Costume fees
Performance fees (if applicable)
Summer camps, workshops, intensives, and special events for which I register
Merchandise and dress code items purchased through the studio
Any outstanding balances owed to Legacy Dance Company LLC

If payment is not received by the due date, I authorize Legacy Dance Company LLC to automatically process the outstanding balance using the payment method on file.

Payment Information

I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file at all times and to promptly update any expired, replaced, or declined payment information.

If my payment is declined for any reason, I understand that I remain responsible for the balance due and authorize Legacy Dance Company LLC to reattempt payment after updated payment information has been provided.

Non-Refundable Fees

I understand and agree that all payments made to Legacy Dance Company LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to:

Tuition
Registration fees
Costume fees
Performance fees
Summer Camps
Workshops
Intensives
Private lessons
Merchandise
Dress code purchases
Any other studio fees or charges

Withdrawal Policy

A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from any class or program.

Notice must be submitted by timestamped email to LegacyDanceCompanyFL@gmail.com.

Verbal notification, text messages, social media messages, or simply discontinuing attendance do not constitute official withdrawal.

Tuition will continue to be charged during the required 30-day notice period. Failure to attend class does not release me from my financial obligations until the Withdrawal Policy has been properly followed.

Suspension for Non-Payment

Legacy Dance Company LLC reserves the right to suspend a student’s participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, or any other studio activities until all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Suspension from participation does not relieve the account holder of their financial obligations, and all tuition and applicable fees will continue to accrue in accordance with the studio’s policies until the account is brought current or the student is officially withdrawn in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.

Agreement

By checking the “I Agree” box during online registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Tuition & Auto-Pay Agreement. I authorize Legacy Dance Company LLC to process payments in accordance with the policies outlined above and understand that this authorization will remain in effect until my account is properly withdrawn and all outstanding balances have been satisfied.

Liability Release & Assumption of Risk Agreement

By enrolling myself or my child in classes, camps, workshops, private lessons, performances, rehearsals, or any other activities offered by Legacy Dance Company LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance, acrobatics, tumbling, fitness activities, and related programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, strains, fractures, cuts, concussions, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and/or my child.

2. Medical Fitness
I certify that I or my child is physically capable of participating in the activities offered by Legacy Dance Company LLC. I agree to notify the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Legacy Dance Company LLC, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, assistants, volunteers, independent contractors, and the owners of any facilities used by the studio from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any Legacy Dance Company LLC activity, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

4. Medical Authorization
In the event of an illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize Legacy Dance Company LLC to obtain emergency medical treatment for myself or my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Personal Property
I understand that Legacy Dance Company LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to the studio or any studio-sponsored event.

6. Communicable Illness
I acknowledge that participation in group activities may expose participants to communicable illnesses. I voluntarily assume this risk and agree not to hold Legacy Dance Company LLC responsible for any illness, injury, or damages arising from such exposure.

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
I understand that parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child follows all studio policies and behaves in a safe and respectful manner. Legacy Dance Company LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from class or studio activities whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

8. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from or relating to this Agreement or participation in Legacy Dance Company LLC activities shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pasco County, Florida.

9. Acknowledgment
I certify that I have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Release & Assumption of Risk Agreement. I understand that by checking the “I Agree” box and completing my online registration, I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms and intend for this Agreement to be legally binding upon myself, my child, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

By selecting “I Agree” during online registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Release & Assumption of Risk Agreement.

Media Release & Photo Consent

I hereby grant Legacy Dance Company LLC permission to photograph, videotape, and/or record my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, special events, and other studio-related activities.

I understand that these photographs, videos, and recordings may be used by Legacy Dance Company LLC for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, the studio website, printed materials, advertisements, newsletters, email communications, and other promotional publications.

I acknowledge that:

No compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.
Legacy Dance Company LLC may edit, crop, or otherwise modify photographs or videos as needed for promotional purposes.
All photographs, videos, and recordings become the property of Legacy Dance Company LLC.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the specific use to which it may be applied.

By enrolling my child, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating student and that I have the authority to grant this permission. I release and hold harmless Legacy Dance Company LLC, its owners, employees, faculty, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising from the use of my child’s image, likeness, voice, or name as described above.

Opt-Out Option: Families who do not wish for their child to appear in promotional photos or videos must submit a written request via email to LegacyDanceCompanyFL@gmail.com prior to the student’s first class. While Legacy Dance Company LLC will make every reasonable effort to honor such requests, complete exclusion from incidental group photographs or videos cannot be guaranteed.

Legacy Dance Company LLC 2026–2027 Withdrawal & No Refund Policy

By enrolling in the 2026–2027 dance season at Legacy Dance Company LLC, including participation in classes, summer camps, workshops, and special events, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

Withdrawal Policy

A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from classes. Notice must be submitted via a timestamped email to LegacyDanceCompanyFL@gmail.com. Verbal notification, text messages, social media messages, or failure to attend classes or events do not constitute official notice of withdrawal.

Tuition and applicable fees will continue to be charged during the required 30-day notice period. Students are encouraged to continue attending classes during this time.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Legacy Dance Company LLC are final. Tuition, annual registration fees, costume fees, performance fees, summer camp fees, workshop fees, special event fees, studio merchandise, dress code purchases, and all other fees and charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed classes, absences, illness, injury, vacations, schedule conflicts, relocation, withdrawal, dismissal, or inability to attend classes, summer camps, workshops, or special events. This also includes studio closures due to circumstances beyond our control or any other reason.

By completing your registration for the 2026–2027 dance season, including any summer camps or special events, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Withdrawal & No Refund Policy.
