Payment & Studio Policies
Monthly tuition is due on the 25th of each month for the following month’s classes. Any unpaid balance remaining after the due date will be automatically charged to the card on file.
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to tuition, registration fees, performance fees, costume fees, and any other studio charges.
Cancellation Policy: A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from classes. Notice must be submitted via a timestamped email to LegacyDanceCompanyFL@gmail.com. Verbal notification, text messages, social media messages, or failure to attend classes do not constitute withdrawal. Tuition will continue to be billed during the required 30-day notice period.
