Fees, Payments & Refunds
Monthly Fees:
All class fees (After School Clubs, Community Classes, Dance School, Cheerleading and Tumbling) are paid monthly via AutoPay through your Dance Studio Pro (DSP) account.Monthly payments run September to July (inclusive) — 11 payments per year. August is a payment-free month.
T-shirts:
Students at Dance School (Unit 12), Cheerleading/Tumble, and After School Clubs may choose to purchase an Integr8 t-shirt, available via the DSP online shop. These are optional and may be worn to class.
Late Payments:
A consistent late fee policy applies to all classes:
Payments are due on the 1st of each month
If payment is not received by the 14th, a 10% late payment fee will be applied.
If fees remain unpaid after one full calendar month, the student’s place may be suspended until payment is made.
Cancelling Classes:
One month’s notice is required to cancel a class or membership. This must be in writing via email to the office. If insufficient notice is given, you may be required to pay the following month’s fees.
Refunds:
Refunds (if agreed) will only cover a maximum of one month’s fees, and only under specific circumstances.
AutoPay & Payment Details:
Payments are taken automatically through Dance Studio Pro. Please ensure your payment details are up to date and that you are enrolled in AutoPay to ensure timely payment. Failure to do so may result in missed payments and late fees.
Receipts & Payments:
Receipts will be automatically sent for online payments. Cash payments are discouraged and only accepted under exceptional circumstances with prior agreement.
Injuries & Fee Transfers:
In the case of injury or serious illness, we may allow fees to be transferred to a future term. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Cancelled Classes:
If Integr8 Dance must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather or venue issues), we will do our best to reschedule. If this isn’t possible, credit will be applied to your DSP account.
Registration & Attendance:
Upon registration, a valid email address must be provided. This will be used for all essential communication and invoicing.
Attendance is recorded at each class for health, safety, and security purposes.
If a student misses three consecutive classes without notifying the team or teacher, their place may be offered to another student.
Free Trial Sessions:
All Dance School and Recreational Cheer classes offer a free taster session for new classes. We encourage students to try something new — just book a trial through your DSP account or contact us to arrange.
