REGISTRATION:
To secure a spot in class, each student is required to complete registration forms and submit a non-refundable annual fee of $40 per student, with an additional $20 for family. Registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis, as class sizes are limited. You can register in person before or after classes.
ONLINE PORTAL:
Each account will have an online portal to process payments, view and register for classes and special events, refer to previous emails and announcements, etc. It is the account holder's responsibility to keep all information on your account (contact info, payment info, etc.) up to date.
TUITION:
Tuition is based on the entire season of dance. Our season runs August 11, 2024 through June 6, 2025. Tuition is not based on the number of classes in a month or on attendance. There is NO refund for missed classes. Family tuition discounts apply only to siblings under the same account.
PAYMENTS:
All account holders are required to keep a valid debit or credit card on file. You may pay via card, cash, or check PRIOR to the due date. All payments (tuition, Showcase-related fees) will be auto-drafted on the due date, unless paid before that date. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and Discover, cash, or check before the auto-draft date. All payments received are applied to outstanding charges in the order in which they were billed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Please email us at dforcedc@gmail.com if you would like to participate in option 1 or 2. Option 3 is the default option if you do not contact us.
1. Full payment for the entire year (10% discount).
2. Semester-wise payments: August to December and January to May (5% discount).
3. Monthly payments.

LATE FEES:
If your card on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made. A $15 Late Fee will be charged for tuition payments not made in full by the 10th of the month. This includes declined charges for any reason. Accounts with unresolved late payments may be subject to dismissal from DFDC. Accounts must be paid in full to participate in the Showcase.
CLASS INFORMATION:
Class schedules are subject to change, and the studio reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due to low enrollment. Notification of any changes will be communicated via phone or email. Class registration will be closed when full. A substitute will be provided if the regular teacher is unavailable.
COMMUNICATION:
Monthly newsletters are emailed at the beginning of each month, and if not received, they will be posted in the waiting room. Instructors can be contacted by calling the studio phone and leaving a message. Parents or adult students are responsible for staying informed about studio activities, which will be communicated through bulletin boards, Facebook, monthly newsletters, and Robo-Text messages. Regularly checking communications is advised.
WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES:
If for any reason it becomes necessary to withdraw a child from a class, DFDC must be notified through email (dforcedc@gmail.com) before the first day of your child's last month. For example: If a drop email is received on September 1st, October will be the student's last month. September and October tuition will be due. If a drop email is not received, the account holder will continue to be billed the regular tuition amount and will be responsible for payment. Non-attendance is not considered withdrawal from class. DFDC will always send a confirmation email when we receive drop notices. If you don't receive confirmation please check with our office. DFDC does not require a contract. If an account is closed there are no refunds.
VISITORS:
In order to make class time more productive for everyone, we do not allow visitors in any of our classes. The only exceptions to this rule are special visitor days for parents.
