**Must have front or back walkover without a spot** Acro class will work on balancing, limbering, tumbling and is based on flexibility, contortion, and strength. Classes begin with warm-up and exercises to improve strength and flexibility, followed by instruction in acrobatics and tumbling skills. Students acquire strength, balance, and flexibility that will assist them in other areas of dance.
