Auto Pay & Payment Policy
All families are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file through the customer portal.

Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of each month from September through May.

Additional charges (such as costume deposits, costume balances, recital fees, tights, and clothing orders) will be automatically processed on the 15th of each month.

Payment Options:
Auto Pay (Required): All families are automatically enrolled in auto pay with a valid card on file.

Check or Cash: If you prefer to pay by check or cash, your payment must be received at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the month to avoid auto-processing. Checks may be postdated for the 1st.

Declined Payments & Returned Checks:
If your card declines more than 2 times in a season, you will be required to pay by cash in person for the remainder of the season.

Liability Waiver & Release
I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the activities of Dance, Dance Cirque, and Aerial Yoga. In recognition of these risks, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all rights and/or causes of action of any kind, including claims of negligence, arising from participation in activities at The STUDIO 201 LLC, from which liability could accrue to The STUDIO 201 LLC.

Release and Waiver:
I hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless The STUDIO 201 LLC, its owners, members, employees, instructors, outside contractors, and agents from any and all claims or demands for damages, loss of services, costs, or expenses resulting from injury to the participant or damage to participant property. This release includes, but is not limited to, participation in dance classes, dance cirque classes, aerial yoga classes, performances, travel to and from events, and any other activity affiliated with The STUDIO 201 LLC.

I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation. I give permission for the participant to take part in all activities associated with The STUDIO 201 LLC and confirm that all provided information is complete and correct. I further release The STUDIO 201 LLC from all liability associated with my child’s participation.

Media Release
I give The STUDIO 201 LLC permission to use photos or video footage of my child and/or myself in any form of promotional material or advertisement, including but not limited to print, online, and social media, for The STUDIO 201 LLC and its affiliated events.

(Please note: Tuition is an annual amount split into 9 equal payments. This is not a monthly fee.)

Tuition Rates & Payment Options
Tuition rates are based on a full dance year (29 weeks) and are divided into 9 equal payments. Discounts are available for families who choose to pay in full for the year.

Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month.

All other balances (e.g., costume deposits, recital fees, tights, etc.) will be automatically processed on the 15th of each month.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, or money orders.

Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3.05% + $0.35 convenience fee.

To avoid convenience fees, you may drop off cash or check directly at the studio (checks must be received 5 days prior to the 1st of the month and may be postdated).

Registration Fee
A non-refundable yearly registration fee is required to hold your dancer’s spot:

$25 per student or

$50 per family
This applies to all students registering for the full fall season and is due at the time of registration.

Short Session Classes
For short sessions (6, 8, or 12-week classes), full payment is due at the time of registration.
No refunds are given unless The STUDIO 201 cancels the session due to insufficient enrollment.

Refund & Attendance Policies
There are no refunds or credits on tuition unless:

A class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment
A documented illness or injury has been reported
No refunds will be issued for classes that have already been completed and attended.

Monthly tuition reserves your child’s space in class and is not based on the number of classes attended in a given month.

Students who withdraw must submit a written notice. No refunds will be issued for tuition already paid.

Students are encouraged to complete all classes paid for.

Due Dates & Late Fees
Tuition is due before the first class in September, and then on the 1st of each month from October through May.

A $25 late fee will be applied to any payment not received by the 5th of the month.

If an account becomes 30 days overdue, the dancer will be asked to refrain from attending classes until the account is current.

All tuition and fees must be paid in full before recital participation.

Season Length & Virtual Classes
Yearly tuition is based on 29 weeks of instruction. If the season is extended, families will be billed for any additional weeks.

If classes are conducted virtually, all tuition, due dates, and attendance policies remain in effect.

Additional Notes
Returned checks will incur a $50 fee.

Dancewear or shoes
Costumes
Recital tickets
Recital DVDs or digital downloads
Photo day pictures
Private lessons
Tights, recital fees, or special events
