A 4 week, or 30-day notice must be given in writing to our office if you are withdrawing from a class, and to cease Recurring Payment Plan. Classes already paid for above and beyond the 4-week withdrawal notice will remain as a credit on your account for up to one year to be used on future tuition. The 4-week notice begins from the date of the written notification of Withdrawal. At this time a payment may be processed of any amount that may be due within 30 day drop period. Classes or payment from the 4 week withdrawal notice are not transferable to another student or sibling. If a student withdraws or chooses to not be in the Recital after Costumes have been ordered (January), the student may pick up their costume after the recital. Dance Image reserves the right to re-sell any costumes to new students and reimburse the costume money.

I understand and agree to all the new COVID-19 related rules and protocols administered by Dance Image. I understand if my child is sick they will not come to class, and must have a doctor’s note clearing them from COVID-19 before they can participate, or stay out of dance for at least 10 days symptom-free, whichever comes first. I understand my child will stay home from dance if someone in my immediate household contracts the virus, and must have a doctor’s note clearing them from COVID-19 before they can participate, or stay out of dance for at least 10 days symptom-free, whichever comes first. I understand I am willingly and voluntarily allowing my child to participate in an activity where they are around other people, thus increasing their risk of contraction. I understand the risk associated with allowing my child to participate in dance classes regarding COVID-19. However, while I also understand Dance Image will do whatever it can to prevent the spread of the disease, Dance Image cannot be held responsible should any child, parent or guardian contract COVID-19 while utilizing Dance Image services and premises. I hereby release and discharge Dance Image and any of its owners, directors, officers and employees from any liability whatsoever which may arise as a result of the student participating in events sponsored by Dance Image. I understand my account on file will be charged for dance upon returning to class, whether my child is participating live, or via Zoom. Furthermore, classes will take place in the Dance Image studio as COVID-19 restrictions allow. Social Distancing and safety protocol will be strictly enforced. We reserve the right to move all classes Online if necessary to protect the safety and health of our dancers and Team Members. Should our county be mandated to Stay at Home orders or lockdown, I will continue with Virtual classes and am not entitled to a refund for classes that did not take place in person.

Individual, group and class photos taken by us or an outside company that we hire to take class photos or Recital pictures may be used at our discretion in any or all forms of media for advertising. To protect our children, teachers and intellectual property, there is no Videotaping allowed at Dance classes without permission. Photos with fellow dancers require the parents permission before posting to any social media.

In the consideration of the services received from Dance Image and the owners, employees, volunteers, assistants, independent contractors, guest artists, faculty members, agents and/or students, of Dance Image, I hereby release Dance Image from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property for actions taken in good faith during any and all attendance at Dance Image, as well as any functions attended by students for Dance Image. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Dance Image, and its owners, employees, volunteers, assistants, independent contractors, guest artists, faculty members, agents and/or students of Dance Image liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

There is an annual $35 registration fee per student. The registration fee is due when registering for classes.
Your Credit Card on file will be charged automatically on the 1st of the month.
All past balances due will be charged at this time. Tuition must be paid prior to taking class.
Payments made after Autopay on the 1st of the month are charged a $25 late fee, with a $10 charge for each add'l week late.
A $25 charge will be added for any returned checks.
There is a $25 fee for declined or expired CC charges.

➡️Recurring Payments via Credit or Debit is our default Option of Tuition Monthly Payments on the 1st of the month. You must log into your account and update with a VALID Credit Card. When activated, all Recurring Payment accounts will bill the credit/debit card “on file”, the Full Balance due on the account. This includes outstanding Registration Fees, Tuition, Costumes, Exams, Late Fees, etc. This system does not bill a set amount automatically, only the Balance Due that month, so there is no risk of the system billing you for charges that you did not incur. You can go into your account at any time prior to the first to see how much will be billed on the 1st. Contact us immediately if you see any discrepancies so that we can adjust them accordingly. Again, you are only billed through the recurring Billing System if your account has a positive balance. Please note: If you plan to pay by cash or check, you will still need a credit/debit card on file.

REFUND POLICY Tuition, Registration Fee and Costume payments are non-refundable. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. As with all exercise and dance programs when using our exercise and dance videos or live streams, you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness or dance exercise program. By performing any fitness or dance exercises you are performing them at your own risk. Dance Image, nor its instructors, will be held responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our dance program or online videos or any information shared on our website, emails or social media. This includes Facebook, instagram, and text messages.
