You must be 18 years of age or over to register for an online account. If you are a returning student, please follow the instructions carefully or contact the office to reset a forgotten password on your existing account.

By agreeing to our payment policy, you acknowledge that if tuition and outstanding fees are not paid in a timely manner and no attempt has been made or discussed, A Time to Dance Studio reserves the right to interrupt your child's attendance until the account balance is brought current.

Permission is granted to A Time to Dance Studio and/or agents of the above to use student/participant likeness, name, voice, or words in either television, radio, film, newspaper, magazine, and any other media (city, state, or nationwide) and in any form for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities of A Time to Dance Studio and it's outreaches.

Most photos are group pictures of class time, spirit weeks, outreaches, performances, and recital / professional photos for friends and family to see and to demonstrate the culture and nature of the studio. Please note that we will not post student's names with photos without additional permission.

I have read, understand, and agree to the described procedures and policies with A Time to Dance studio on behalf of my child and their dance education. I understand that all information is made available on the Parent Portal and/or website, emailed regularly, and can always be provided to me within the studio.

In the case of accident, injury, or adverse change in any disorder or illness that may occur to [student/participant name], I (we) individually, and/or as parents, guardians, or legal representatives of [student/participant name], will hold harmless A Time to Dance Studio, its owner, agents, legal representatives, and/or their heirs from any and all claims whatsoever which may or may not be constructed to be a result of any instruction, techniques, or participation therein.
