Updated Payment Policy – Credit Card Processing Fees
Please note that due to increased merchant and credit card processing costs, effective May 15, 2026, a 2.4% processing fee will be applied to all online credit card payments made through the Parent Portal.
To help families avoid additional processing fees, we are happy to continue offering e-transfer payments as an alternative payment method.
E-transfers may be sent by the applicable payment due dates to:

Please ensure your dancer’s name is included in the e-transfer notes so payments can be applied correctly to your account.

Families wishing to opt out of media usage must provide written notice to the studio.

The studio may share performance photos, achievements, and studio updates on its website and social media platforms.
