I, as the undersign, hereby waive all claims against any and all persons and groups associated with Cypher Side, for any injuries or damages sustained within or loss of property while participating in activities, performances or classes held or connected to any participation with Cypher Side. I understand that photographs, recordings, or filming's of students by Cypher Side, instructors, members of the press become property of the Cypher Side may be used for future publicity. I waive any compensation. Photocopies and facsimiles of this release and consent shall have the same legal effect as the original. No refund and credit policy for missed classes. Student Spring Showcase: - All students are required to perform in our annual Spring Showcase, unless you drop class before January 24th. - Date: Saturday, May 3rd - Location: Harding High School, 1540 6th St E, St. Paul, MN 55106 - Only beginner classes will have a rehearsal at the venue the day before (Friday, May 2nd) at Harding High School. Showcase times will be shared during the season. - There will be pre-sale tickets required for parents and the general audience ($15 per pre-sale ticket or $20 at the door). Performing students will get in the showcase for free. General Rules: -All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class. -No food or drinks allowed in the dance rooms except water -No chewing gum is allowed -Class withdrawal from the season must be communicated via email before January 24th, 2025 for beginner classes. Any class withdrawals after will still be liable for class payments. -Safety Rule: Parents and guardians are required to pick up students who are 10 years old and younger inside the dance studio. If it is someone other than a parent or guardian picking up your child, you must notify them of this rule. -If you are late to pick up your child/student, please text or call 612-389-1107 -We have limited space inside our studio for families to wait. We livestream our classes inside the studio on a TV for families to watch. -No parents and outside family members/friends are allowed inside the dance studio room while class is ongoing. This is for the benefit of the dancers. -Indoor shoes are required. No dresses or skirts are allowed. -All students are required to bring a large water bottle to class. -Our main form of communication is email. Please make sure you have the correct email and are able to receive them from us. -Please do not have students contact instructors outside of class regarding class information. -Families are required to report an absence through your portal.
