Come join us for a fun and supportive Intro to Adult Hip Hop Dance class designed especially for adults who learn at a slower pace or who have developmental disabilities. This class focuses on building confidence, coordination, and rhythm in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.
We'll break down each move step by step and repeat routines at a comfortable pace—no pressure, just progress. Whether you're new to dance or just want to move to the beat, you'll find a space where everyone is encouraged, respected, and celebrated.
No dance experience needed! Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and get ready to have fun, make friends, and groove to the music!
