Permission and Assumption of Risk

I/we give our permission for the above named student(s) to participate in tumbling, realizing that there are risks of physical injury to the participant(s). Considering all personal risks, on behalf of myself and the participant(s), I voluntarily waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Jamie Hammond, Jamie's Tumble House, LLC, its employees, instructors, supervisors, subcontractors, and volunteers from all claims, including those based on negligence, for all injuries to participant(s), no matter how severe.

Class Attire:
Leotards, shorts and tight fitting shirts, hair pulled back out of face

Pick up and Arrival:
Please be prompt. Drop off/pick up. PLEASE DO NOT STAY UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH JAMIE PRIOR!!! We will not allow children to leave the gym unless they see their parents throw the window. The idea is to keep the kids safe.

Missed Classes:
Make-up classes are available for missed classes. You will be allowed only one make-up class a month. I do not pro-rate. Payment will not be refunded or transferred to the next month so make sure to schedule any make-up classes. No Make-up Classes for holidays except for Monday classes are allowed 2-holiday make-ups per season.

Class Schedule:
We will follow the Mesa Public School schedule. If there is NO school, there is NO class unless otherwise instructed.

Parent Observation:
We have found it is very distracting to have parents stay during class, especially for the little ones. You are welcome to drop off and run errands, and watch from your car or through the window.

At registration, we require payment for May tuition (this sometimes is labeled "class registration fee" but it is your May tuition), a $25 registration fee per tumbler, or $50 per family. This is a non-refundable deposit. Please pay your registration fee and May tuition through our parent portal or by cash.

May Tuition: we charge May tuition at the time of registration to ensure commitment to the season. If you withdraw before May, we hold onto your May tuition to cover our expenses for one month as we try to find a new student to fill the vacancy.

Monthly tuition is due on the first of every month. Tuition is based on our yearly season program split into 10 monthly payments. The price is the same each month whether it has 2, 3, 4, or 5 classes. It will all even out throughout the season.


If you choose to have your card automatically billed each month there will be a 3.05% + $0.30 USD per transaction added to your tuition. Another alternative is to set up your online payment using a checking routing number is only charged a .75% convenience fee, or you can pay by cash and avoid the convenience fees.


Monthly tuition for the 2025-2026 tumbling season will be:

$60 a month for 45 min preschool classes
$65 a month for a 1-hour class once a week
$70 a month for a 1 hour 15 min. class once a week
$75 a month for a 1 hour 30 min. class once a week
