Any activity involving height or motion incurs the possibility of accidental injury. While it is our express intention at Dance Express to provide safety and protection of your child, it is expressly asserted that Dance Express shall not be held liable for any injury sustained while your child is under our instruction, supervision, or control. By checking this waiver, you hereby release Dance Express of any and all liability and responsibility of injuries, sickness, accidents, natural disasters, and/or acts of God incurred during participation and instruction of classes, camps, private instruction, or any other activity your child participates in with Dance Express. This agreement and waiver, having been read thoroughly and understood completely is signed voluntarily as to its contents and intent.
2025-2026 Tuition Policies **There will be no refunds on any registration, tuition, or costume fees paid. Regular Dance Year: Every account must have a valid credit card or checking account on file and be enrolled in auto-pay. **(An additional 3.05% and $.35 per transaction processing fee will be added to each credit card payment and an additional 1% and $.20 per transaction processing fee will be added for each ACH/bank card payment.) **Automatic tuition payments are processed on the 1st of each month. **In the event a credit card is declined you will be notified by email and instructed to update your card on file. **If your credit card information is not updated and tuition paid before the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee will be applied. An additional $5 late fee will be added every 30 days thereafter if the balance is not paid. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you must submit the payment BEFORE THE 25th OF THE MONTH PRIOR to ensure your account is updated and tuition won't be auto processed on the 1st. Tuition is a yearly expense, divided into 9 equal installment payments. **Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of lessons during that month. (All classes meet the same number of times throughout the year.) **You will be charged for any lessons missed, but make-up lessons are available upon request. **Please notify us, if at any time, your child will no longer participate in classes. This will prevent us from billing you once lessons have discontinued. **We reserve the right to refuse anyone's business based on past credit history with us. **There will be no refunds on any registration, tuition, or costume fees paid. 2025-2026 Tuition: 9 installment payments 30 Minutes $51.00 per month ($459/year) 45 Minutes $57.00 per month ($513/year) 60 Minutes $63.00 per month ($567/year) 75 Minutes $69.00 per month ($621/year) 90 Minutes $74.00 per month ($666/year) Dance Team: 10 installments (audition only) Mini-Team (105 min) - $77.00 per month ($770/year) Blue Team (105 min) - $80.00 per month ($800/year) Pink Team (135 min) - $90.00 per month ($900/year) Silver Team (135 min) - $90.00 per month ($900/year) Discounts: Pre-paid Discount - If tuition for the year is paid in full by September 1st (August 1st for Dance Teams), you will receive a 5% discount from the yearly total! **Please contact the studio to arrange payment-in-full for the year. Family Discount - Immediate family members will be eligible for a discount. A second child will receive a $5.00 per month discount. A third child or class taken receives an $10.00 discount and so on. Fees: Registration fee - There is a non-refundable registration fee due upon yearly enrollment. Registration received for the next dance year in… May--$20 for the first student and $10 per additional student in the family June--$30 for the first student and $10 per additional student in the family After July 1st--$40 for the first student and $10 per additional student in the family Late fee - If tuition is not paid by 20th of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be added. An additional $5.00 late fee will be added for each month the balance remains unpaid. (For example: Balance is three months late - $10 + 5 + 5 = $20 + regular tuition) Returned checks - All returned checks will result in a $25.00 late fee. Summer Session-- **Tuition for summer session is due at the time of enrollment. **There is no registration fee due for the summer session.
