I have received or will obtain a copy of TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, LLC. policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, LLC does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc. Payment for all costume(s) and/or apparel ordered for students is the sole responsibility of the student and family. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, LLC, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I have read and understand TA-DAH! Studio of Dance's Photo & Video Release. I understand that I may opt my child out of studio photography and video by selecting the Photo Opt-Out option in my Parent Portal.

We love capturing the fun, friendships, and accomplishments that happen at TA-DAH! Studio of Dance! Throughout the year, students may be photographed or video recorded during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, camps, special events, and other studio activities.

By registering with TA-DAH! Studio of Dance, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or videos of your child may be used for studio-related promotional and communication purposes, including:

• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• TA-DAH! Studio of Dance's website
• Advertising and promotional materials
• Recital and performance promotion
• Studio newsletters and announcements
• Flyers, posters, and other printed materials
• Promotional videos and other digital media

Your child's first name may occasionally be used in connection with a photograph or video. TA-DAH! Studio of Dance will not intentionally publish private information such as a child's home address, phone number, or other confidential information.

DON'T want your child photographed?

If you do not want your child included in studio photographs or videos used for these purposes, please select the Photo Opt-Out option in your Dance Studio-Pro Parent Portal. TA-DAH! will make reasonable efforts to honor photo/video opt-outs. Because other families may independently take photographs or videos at studio activities, TA-DAH! cannot guarantee that a child will never appear in an image captured or shared by another individual.
