RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release Sway Dance & Street Wear LLC from any and all liability involved in the instruction of dance, including but not limited to any personal injury that might occur to my child. I recognize that as in any sport there is always a risk of physical pain and or injury related to the training, conditioning and practicing of said sport, in this case the art of dance.

All tuition is due in full by the first class of each month and is considered late after the 15th of each month. Any fees paid past the late day will incur a late fee of $25.00.
Tuition is due in full each and every month of a season (Aug-May) regardless of missed classes or absences. Paying this fee every month is what secures and holds your child's spot in class. More than one month of unpaid tuition, consecutive or non, may result in your child's spot in class being given to another student or someone on a waiting list.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PROPER ATTIRE is required for all classes. This means leotard, tights and proper dance shoes. To ensure proper footwear, ALL DANCE SHOES MUST BE PURCHASED AT SWAY.

ENROLLMENT: Due to the dynamic nature of enrollment trends, Sway Studios reserves the right to adjust the class schedule as needed to accommodate the needs of our students and maintain a high-quality experience. We strive to provide the best possible learning environment, and these adjustments may include changes to class times, days, or formats.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All original choreography created by Sway Studios Instructors and Contractors is considered the sole property of Sway Studios. This includes, but is not limited to, all routines, combinations, and instructional materials developed during classes or rehearsals.

USAGE RIGHTS Students are encouraged to learn and perform the choreography taught in classes; however, they may not replicate, distribute, or utilize any choreography outside of the studio without prior written consent from Sway Studios.

TUITION is due the first class of every month and is required regardless of absences. Auto draft payments will be drafted on the 1st of every month, including August. All students must have a card on file that will be run on the 15th of each month if tuition has NOT been paid by then.

COSTUME FEES are due IN FULL by OCTOBER 1ST (Christmas show) & JANUARY 1ST (spring show). If fees are not paid your dancer's costumes will NOT be ordered. Payments may be made prior to due date.
Fees range in price from $100-$150 depending on the costume selected.
(Competition classes may have higher costume rates)

Dropping a class after January 1 will result in a REBLOCKING FEE of $500 to cover the time and compensation of the choreographer employed to reblock the dances your child is in. there are no exceptions to this policy.

RECITAL FEES are $50 per dancer and are due in full by MAY 15th. If fees are not paid your dancer will NOT be allowed to participate in recital. Tickets will be required to attend recital. Each family will be given 4 tickets to each performance their dancers are in. Additional tickets may be purchased at the studio or at the door.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE – TUITION IS NOT PRORATED OR REFUNDABLE BASED ON ATTENDANCE. COSTUME FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF YOUR DANCER QUITS OR IS ASKED TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR COSTUMES, SAID COSTUMES WILL NOT BE ORDERED OR GIVEN OUT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
