GENERAL INFORMATION
PROPER ATTIRE is required for all classes. This means leotard, tights and proper dance shoes. To ensure proper footwear, ALL DANCE SHOES MUST BE PURCHASED AT SWAY.
TUITION is due the first class of every month and is required regardless of absences. Auto draft payments will be drafted on the 1st of every month, including August. All students must have a card on file that will be run on the 15th of each month if tuition has NOT been paid by then.
COSTUME FEES are due IN FULL by NOVEMBER 22nd. If fees are not paid your dancers’ costumes will NOT be ordered. Payments may be made prior to due date.
3yr old through 3rd grade fees are $80 per costume
4th – 8th grade fees are $90 per costume
High school fees are $100 per costume
(Competition classes may have higher costume rates)
Dropping a class after January 1 will result in a REBLOCKING FEE of $500 to cover the time and compensation of the choreographer employed to reblock the dances your child is in. there are no exceptions to this policy.
RECITAL FEES are $50 for one dancer $75 for siblings and are due in full by May 20th. If fees are not paid your dancer will NOT be allowed to participate in recital. Tickets will be required to attend recital. Each family will be given 4 tickets to each performance their dancers are in. Additional tickets may be purchased at the studio or at the door.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE – TUITION IS NOT PRORATED OR REFUNDABLE BASED ON ATTENDANCE. COSTUME FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF YOUR DANCER QUITS OR IS ASKED TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR COSTUMES, SAID COSTUMES WILL NOT BE ORDERED OR GIVEN OUT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
