Please note:

A non-refundable registration fee of $45.00 is required at the time of enrollment.

The first month’s tuition of $85.00 is also required to secure your dancer’s spot.

Enrollment is limited and intended for families committed to the program. Serious inquiries only.

Greetings Parents,

Thank you for signing up through the New Orleans East Satin Dolls registration portal. We are excited about your interest in joining our program for the 2026 season.

Please review the following necessary enrollment and payment information carefully:

Registration & Tuition

Parents/guardians must be 18 years or older to register.

A non-refundable registration fee of $45.00 is due at the time of enrollment.

A $ 85.00 tuition deposit is required at registration.
This deposit will be applied to the last month’s tuition of the current season and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Monthly Tuition & Due Dates

Monthly tuition is $85.00.

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th.

A $15 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 5th of the month.

Full tuition is due every month, regardless of attendance, absences, or holidays.

Tuition for the season is divided into nine equal installments. Payments do not vary based on holidays or the number of weeks in a month.

Tuition will be prorated only if a student starts after the first week of the month.

Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include cash, personal checks, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).

E-payment is required for all online registrations.
Tuition and fees will be automatically charged on the 3rd of each month to the card on file.

It is the account holder’s responsibility to keep payment information up to date.

If you wish to pay by cash or check, you must notify the studio, and payment must be received by the 1st of the month to avoid the card on file being charged.

Postdated checks will not be accepted.

Returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee.

Credit cards declined after the first attempt will be charged a $5 service fee per decline.

Billing & Statements

Tuition is posted on the 25th of the preceding month.

Monthly statements are not sent; however, payment reminders will be issued if tuition is late.

Attendance & Missed Classes

Missed classes do not result in prorated tuition or refunds.

Make-up classes for illness or injury may be requested by email and must be completed within 30 days.

Withdrawal Policy

Parents wishing to withdraw a student must submit a written notice by email by the 15th of the month.

Failure to submit a written notice will result in responsibility for the following month’s full tuition.

No withdrawals will be accepted after February 1st of the season.

End of Session

All payments will cease at the end of the session.

**Uniform Attire & Shoe Policy Acknowledgment**

By signing up, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to all waivers and registration announcements provided by the **New Orleans East Satin Dolls School of Dance**.

I understand that my child must adhere to the following footwear guidelines:

* **Satinettes**:

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION POLICY

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following attendance and participation requirements:

Attendance Requirement
Regular attendance at all scheduled classes, rehearsals, and practices is required. Attendance directly affects a dancer’s readiness, safety, and overall team performance.

Excused vs. Unexcused Absences
Absences should be communicated in advance whenever possible. Excessive or unexcused absences may result in restricted participation in performances, parades, or events.

Performance Eligibility
Participation in performances, parades, and events is not guaranteed. Eligibility is based on attendance, preparedness, and the dancer’s ability to perform choreography safely, as determined by the Director.

No Make-Ups or Refunds
Missed classes, rehearsals, or practices are not eligible for make-ups or refunds, regardless of the reason for absence.

Late Arrivals & Early Pickups
Late arrivals and early pickups are disruptive and may count toward attendance issues. Chronic tardiness may affect participation eligibility.

Director’s Discretion
The Director reserves the right to make final decisions regarding participation, placement, and performance readiness in the best interest of the dancer and the team.

Every parent is responsible for accessing the BAND app, our line of communication. We will post what's needed for performance, the Practice schedule, and more. Please check every day and read previous messages to stay Updated. The practice schedule will be updated and remind you!

By volunteering or serving as a chaperone for the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following chaperone expectations:

Approval Requirement
The studio must approve all chaperones before any parade, performance, trip, or event. Not all volunteers will be approved.

Required Attire
Chaperones are required to wear studio-designated attire (t-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt) as instructed for each event. This requirement ensures safety, identification, and uniformity.

Behavior & Conduct
Chaperones are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and supportive manner at all times. Chaperones must follow all studio rules, staff instructions, and event guidelines.

Role & Responsibilities
Chaperones are responsible for assisting with dancer supervision, safety, line-up management, and overall organization as directed by the studio staff.

No Interference Policy
Chaperones may not interfere with choreography, discipline, coaching, or staff decisions during practices, performances, or events.

No Alcohol, Drugs, or Inappropriate Conduct
The use of alcohol, drugs, vaping, or inappropriate language or behavior is strictly prohibited while serving as a chaperone.

Removal & Consequences
Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate removal as a chaperone and possible restriction from future events.

Director’s Authority
The Director reserves the right to approve, assign, or remove chaperones at any time in the best interest of the dancers and the organization.

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following code of conduct expectations:

Dancer Conduct

Dancers are expected to:

Show respect to instructors, staff, teammates, and facility property

Follow instructions and studio rules at all times

Maintain appropriate behavior during classes, rehearsals, performances, parades, and events

Demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and positive sportsmanship

Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class, rehearsal, or event.

Parent/Guardian Conduct

Parents/guardians are expected to:

Communicate respectfully with staff, instructors, and other families

Refrain from gossip, negative comments, or public criticism of the studio, staff, or dancers

Address concerns privately and through approved communication channels

Support studio decisions regarding participation, placement, and discipline

Negative behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct by a parent/guardian may result in restricted communication, removal from events, or dismissal from the program.

No Tolerance for Disrespect

The studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

Verbal abuse

Threats

Harassment

Disrespect toward staff, instructors, dancers, or families

Consequences

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:

Warnings

Loss of participation privileges

Removal from performances or events

Dismissal from the program with no refunds

Approved Communication Channels
All official communication will be shared through Dance Studio Pro, BAND, and/or email. Parents/guardians are responsible for checking these platforms regularly.

Response Time
Please allow 24–48 business hours for responses. Messages sent outside business hours, late at night, or on weekends may be addressed on the next business day.

Respectful Communication
All communication must remain respectful and professional. Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate messages will not be tolerated.

No Group or Public Confrontations
Concerns should be addressed privately and directly with the studio. Public posts, group chats, or social media complaints regarding studio matters are not appropriate.

Emergency Communication
In the event of urgent changes (weather, cancellations, emergencies), communication will be sent through approved platforms.

Violation of Policy
Failure to follow communication guidelines may result in restricted communication privileges or further disciplinary action as outlined in the Code of Conduct Policy.

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following drop-off and pick-up requirements:

On-Time Arrival
Dancers must be dropped off on time for all scheduled classes, rehearsals, practices, and events. Late arrivals disrupt instruction and may affect participation.

Pick-Up on Time
Parents/guardians must pick up dancers promptly at the scheduled end time. The studio is not responsible for supervising dancers outside of scheduled class or event times.

No Early Drop-Off
Dancers may not be dropped off early without prior approval. Supervision is provided only during scheduled class times.

Late Pick-Up Consequences
Repeated late pick-ups may result in disciplinary action, restricted participation, or additional requirements as determined by the studio.

Safety Requirement
For safety reasons, dancers will only be released to approved adults listed in the dancer’s account.

Director’s Authority
The Director reserves the right to address repeated drop-off or pick-up issues in the best interest of dancer safety and studio operations.

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following hairstyle and makeup requirements:

Required Appearance Standards
Dancers must follow the studio's approved hairstyle and makeup guidelines for classes, rehearsals, performances, parades, and events.

Uniform Consistency
Hair and makeup are considered part of the required uniform appearance and are necessary for team consistency, professionalism, and presentation.

Studio-Approved Styles Only
Only studio-approved hairstyles and makeup looks are permitted. Specific styles, colors, and makeup requirements will be communicated in advance of performances or events.

No Participation Without Compliance
Dancers who do not arrive with the required hairstyle and/or makeup may be restricted from participating in performances, parades, or events.

Parent Responsibility
It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure the dancer arrives fully prepared, with hair and makeup completed as instructed.

No Refunds or Exceptions
Failure to comply with hairstyle or makeup requirements does not entitle you to a refund or an exception.

Director’s Authority
The Director reserves the right to make final decisions regarding acceptable hairstyles, makeup, and overall appearance.

Acknowledgment

By accepting this policy electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Hairstyle & Makeup Policy.

All dancers must wear the same hairstyle we are not wearing braids for any of our events/parades. It is mandatory for all dancers. No EXCEPTIONS! The Studio will advise all parents of the hairstyles. Please make sure you understand this before signing up! And will agree to this policy.

A $10 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 5th of the month. Holidays or a student's absence from class do not waive this fee. Dance by Design does not send out monthly statements. Reminders will be sent out if payment is late.

Postdated checks will not be accepted.

Return check charge $30

Payments are based on a month to month.

All Dancers must wear a touch of eye glitter; light makes nothing too much! It's called a team; they must all wear the same to be uniform. We do not put much on them as we know they are little girls, our Dolls. Please read and understand the terms. Each dancer will pay a $10.00 fee for the event/parade and for all performances.

Monthly tuition is $85.00, due every month on the 5th of the month. If the 5th, a $ 10.00 late fee is not received, tuition will be assessed. Please make sure you pay on time. Thank you for your business and understanding!

Please note that we need a D.J. each Dancer will pay a parade fee of $35.00 per Dancer per padre. Buses are costly. Chaperones riding the bus pay $15 per person, with no Exceptions! Out-of-town parades will be an extra $7. We will not carpool due to safety reasons. All dancers must ride the bus to and from all events. New Orleans Sati Dolls are responsible for them Dolls! All CHAPERONES must be approved and wear NN.O.E.Gear purchased from the studio! We will not allow more chaperones than the Dancers—the parents' first preference.

No one is to do our logo or name. It is a copyright for the Satin Dolls. All gear must be purchased for New Orleans East Sattin Dolls Studio!

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following expectations regarding behavior, respect, and uniform care:

Studio Behavior Expectations
Dancers are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior at all times while in the studio, including listening to instructors, following directions, and showing respect to staff and fellow dancers.

Uniform Respect
Studio uniforms represent the organization and must be worn properly and respectfully. Uniforms are not to be altered, damaged, or worn inappropriately.

Conduct While in Uniform
Dancers must conduct themselves in a positive and respectful manner while wearing studio uniforms, whether in the studio, at performances, parades, events, or in public spaces.

No Horseplay or Disruption
Horseplay, disrespectful behavior, or disruptive actions in the studio or while in uniform will not be tolerated.

Care & Responsibility
Parents and dancers are responsible for maintaining uniforms in clean, neat, and performance-ready condition.

Consequences for Violations
Failure to follow this policy may result in restricted participation, disciplinary action, or removal from activities without refund.

Director’s Authority
The Director reserves the right to determine appropriate consequences and make final decisions regarding studio conduct and uniform respect.

Acknowledgment

By accepting this policy electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Dolls in the Studio & Uniform Respect Policy.

Upon signing up, the parent or guardian is responsible for making monthly payments and paying the fees. The budget will be out in July 2024. If your child attends practice monthly, you are still responsible for that payment. Your child is committed, and you're still responsible for paying her monthly tuition. Parents/guardians are responsible for paying all fees for Costumes, Bus, Fees, Music, etc.. Performances/Parades, any field trips or traveling we may do!

PARADE PARTICIPATION POLICY

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following parade participation terms:

Participation Is Optional, Not Guaranteed
Parade participation is optional and not guaranteed. Participation depends on timely registration, full payment, attendance, readiness, and adherence to all studio policies.

Confirmation & Registration
Parents/guardians must complete the required parade confirmation or registration forms by the posted deadline. Submission of a confirmation form does not guarantee participation without full payment.

Parade Fees & Deadlines
All parade-related fees (including uniform, bus, music, and entry fees) must be paid in full by the stated deadline. Late or partial payments may result in removal from the parade lineup.

Non-Refundable Fees
All parade fees are non-refundable, including withdrawals, absences, schedule changes, weather-related issues, or removal due to policy violations.

Attendance Requirement
Dancers must meet attendance and rehearsal requirements to participate in parades. Failure to attend required practices may result in ineligibility.

Transportation & Logistics
Bus transportation, music, and parade logistics require advance deposits. Last-minute changes or nonpayment impact the entire team and will not be accommodated.

Director’s Final Decision
The Director reserves the right to make final decisions regarding parade participation, placement, and performance readiness in the best interest of the team.

Dancers must commit to the team!

We have revised our schedule based on the need and added two new coaches to provide Technique skills and more! If your child misses two days or more, she's missing materials because she's sick. We will excuse them. They will have to learn the materials.
All dancers must wear practice attire N.O.E Attire, but the 2 Pcs Sports bra set you pay for registration is the practice uniform. Coaches will determine if she's ready to perform. Practice will be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. A Robo text message will go out to all parents registered in the parent portal

New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School (N.O.E.)

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following privacy and social media terms:

Privacy Notice

The New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School respects the privacy of its dancers and families. Personal information collected through registration, enrollment, forms, and studio platforms is used solely for program operations, communication, safety, and administrative purposes. Information will not be shared publicly or with third parties outside of studio-related needs.

Photography & Video Use

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, parades, and events for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, flyers, and the studio website. These images help showcase the program and celebrate dancer participation.

Parent & Family Posting Guidelines

Parents and family members may share photos or videos of their child; however:

All posts must be respectful and positive.

No negative comments or content about the studio, staff, dancers, or events are permitted.

Rehearsals or instructional content may not be shared without prior approval.

Required Studio Tagging

When posting photos or videos related to the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, parents and families must tag the official studio social media page as provided by the studio, tagging helps promote the organization and maintain brand recognition.

Brand & Image Protection

Content that misrepresents the studio, disrupts operations, or damages the organization's reputation is not permitted and may result in removal from participation or further disciplinary action.

Owner's Authority

The Director reserves the right to request the removal of any content and to make final decisions regarding privacy, image use, and social media matters in the best interests of the organization.

By accepting this policy electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Privacy Notice & Social Media Policy.

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following refund and withdrawal terms:

No Refunds
All payments made to the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, tuition, uniforms, parade, event, and registration fees, as well as any other program-related charges.

Withdrawal From Program
If a parent or guardian withdraws a dancer from the program, all outstanding balances remain due and payable through the effective withdrawal date.

Notice of Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal notices, text messages, or social media messages are not considered official withdrawal requests.

No Prorated Fees
Tuition and fees are not prorated for missed classes, absences, holidays, studio closures, schedule changes, or early withdrawal.

Uniform & Custom Orders
All uniform and custom item purchases are final and non-refundable because they are ordered specifically for each dancer.

Dismissal for Policy Violations
The studio reserves the right to dismiss a dancer for repeated policy violations. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Acknowledgment

By accepting this policy electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

You must pay the registration fee upon registration. The monthly payment is also due; depending on the start date, you will be prorated for the first month's tuition. Thanks!

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following footwear requirements:

Required Shoes
Dancers must wear the designated tennis shoes or footwear approved by the studio for classes, rehearsals, performances, parades, and events.

Uniform Compliance
Footwear is considered part of the required uniform. Dancers must arrive in the correct shoes for each activity, as instructed.

No Participation Without Proper Shoes
Dancers who do not arrive with the required footwear may be restricted from participating in class, rehearsal, performances, parades, or events for safety and uniformity reasons.

Parent Responsibility
It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure the dancer has the correct shoes, properly fitted, clean, and in performance-ready condition.

No Refunds or Exceptions
Failure to obtain required footwear does not excuse participation requirements and does not result in refunds or exceptions.

Director’s Authority
The Director reserves the right to determine acceptable footwear and make final decisions regarding participation and uniform compliance.

Acknowledgment

By accepting this policy electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Required Footwear Policy.

TUITION & PAYMENT POLICY

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following tuition and payment terms:

Tuition Obligation
Tuition is a monthly financial obligation required to maintain enrollment. Tuition reserves my child’s spot and covers instruction, staffing, and operational costs.

Due Dates & Priority
Tuition must be paid on or before the posted due date each month. Tuition must be current and paid first before any other fees (including uniforms, parades, events, or special activities) are accepted.

No Participation Without Payment
Dancers with past-due tuition may be restricted from participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, parades, or events until the account is brought current.

No Partial Payments
Partial tuition payments may not be accepted. Tuition must be paid in full to remain in good standing.

No Refunds
Tuition payments are non-refundable, including absences, missed classes, holidays, studio closures, or withdrawal from the program.

Late Payments
Late or missed tuition payments disrupt program operations. Repeated late payments may result in loss of participation privileges or dismissal from the program.

Financial Responsibility
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure I can afford all tuition obligations before enrolling my child. Enrollment confirms acceptance of this ongoing financial commitment.

Acknowledgment

By accepting this policy electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Tuition & Payment Policy.

I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some
possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By
signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks
of using any spaces used by N.O.E Satin Dolls School of Dance Drillteam.
I/we agree to release and hold harmless N.O.E Satin Dolls School of Dance, including its
teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by both entities from any cause
of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold N.O.E Satin Dolls
School of Dance/Drillteam is liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage,
which may occur on the premises before, during, or after classes. Furthermore, I/we
agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our
behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by
N.O.E Satin Dolls School of Dance.
I understand that N.O.E Satin Dolls Dance School of Dance Drillteam is a licensed and insured business. In the
the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or
after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the
Owner, Director, Instructor, or Staff member as soon as possible.

Payment is due by the 1st of the month and late after the 5th. Payment types: Credit Cards, Cash, Cashapp, and Zelle. All fees will be posted t on your parent portal.

Full tuition is due every month regardless of attendance and holidays. All Tuition for the year is based on a monthly fee paid every month. Payments do not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month. N.O.E Satin Dolls School of Dance guarantees a minimum of a full year of classes during the season. Tuition will not be prorated.
One month’s tuition deposit ($45) is due at the time of registration as a deposit. This tuition will be used for the last month’s tuition for the current season. EX: registration for March 2023 for the 2024-2025 season, and the tuition deposit will be used for the $45.00 Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, & Discover), debit cards, and cash are accepted as forms of payment.

E-payment is offered online. All accounts that register online will be automatically signed up for e-payment and will be used to clear all invoices (registration fee, tuition, costume fee, late fee, etc.). Tuition is drafted by the 3rd of the month. It is the account holder's responsibility to update all information. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you must notify the studio, and tuition must be paid by the 3rd. Tuition will be posted on the 25th of the proceeding month. Credit Cards on file that are rejected will be charged a $5 service fee each time after the first decline.

Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or a refund. Make-up classes may be scheduled by email for those students who miss class due to illness/injury. Missed classes must be made up within thirty days.

A $10 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 5th of the month. Holidays or a student's absence from class do not waive this fee. N.O.E Satin Dolls Dance does not send out monthly statements. Reminders will be sent out if payment is late.

All payments will cease at the end of the month if they decide not to return. Students must reregister to rejoin.

All parents are responsible for purchasing their performance uniforms. There is a budget with Itemized items your child/children will need. Please accept the policy and sign that you understand before signing up! It would be best if you met all deadlines for the Uniform Policy. New Orleans East uniforms will be purchased from the Studio to ensure every dance has the correct uniform. Payment will be made to theStudioio via Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, and the dance studio parent portal. You will receive a receipt. Please acknowledge you understand and accept the terms. Thanks!

UPDATED UNIFORM & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER

By enrolling my child in the New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance School, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Financial Readiness Requirement
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure I can financially afford all required tuition, uniform, and participation fees before enrolling my child. Enrollment indicates acceptance of the full financial commitment.

Uniform Payment Requirement
All uniforms must be paid in full before being ordered. The organization will not advance or cover uniform costs under any circumstances.

Participation Not Guaranteed Without Payment
Failure to submit uniform payment by the stated deadline may result in my child not receiving a uniform and/or not participating in performances, parades, or events. I accept full responsibility for explaining this to my child.

Tuition Priority
Tuition must be current and paid first before any additional fees, including uniforms, parades, or special events, are accepted.

No Refund Policy
All uniform payments are non-refundable because uniforms are custom-ordered for each dancer.

Instructor & Staff Compensation
I understand that tuition and program fees are used to compensate instructors and staff who provide instruction, practices, performances, and related services to my child.

Deadlines & Late Payments
Late or last-minute payments disrupt team ordering, transportation, music, and required deposits. Missing deadlines may result in exclusion from events, with no exceptions.

Event Confirmation Forms
I understand that confirmation forms may be used to indicate interest in participation and do not guarantee participation without the required payment.

Financial Responsibility Agreement
I accept full financial responsibility for all required fees associated with my child’s participation and understand that exceptions will not be made due to missed deadlines or personal circumstances.

Hair Policy
The New Orleans East Satin Dolls do not wear braids for parades unless authorized by Mrs. Jordan. All Dolls must have the same hairstyle with no exceptions. Parents are required to read and understand all policies before registering their child.
