First Aid: I agree that BAD staff may administer first aid to my child/children if deemed necessary. Fees: All classes must be paid for, whether attended or not. No refunds will be issued Fees are paid in a monthly, all inclusive payment. A $10 late fee will be charged for any overdue payments 7 days after the due date. This charge will be repeated every 4 days until full payment has been received. Direct Debits will stop once Bathurst Academy of Dance has been notified of cancellation of class attendance. Photography Permission: I give permission for my son/daughter to be videoed or photographed whilst dancing with/for Bathurst Academy of Dance.
