Namari Dance Studio exclusively offers services and does not engage in the sale or resale of products to the general public or its clients.

Thank you for choosing DanceMakers Namari Collective for your family's dance education. We have outlined our payment policy below to ensure a smooth enrollment process and facilitate convenient payment options for our valued students and their families.

Payment Authorization:
By enrolling in classes and activities at DanceMakers Namari Collective, you authorize DanceMakers Namari Collective to charge your designated credit/debit card for all services and products related to your family's enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to, tuition, special events, competitions, summer camps, intensives, costume fees, materials, performances, and any other fees associated with the programs offered by DanceMakers Namari Collective. Please note that fees are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any modifications.

Payment Methods:
DanceMakers Namari Collective uses Dance Studio Pro for monthly payments. Your credit/debit card information will be securely stored in Dance Studio Pro for automated monthly charges. Cash payments are not accepted for monthly tuition. However, cash payments may be accepted for certain other services or purchases, subject to prior approval from the management. Checks are not accepted as a regular form of payment.

I acknowledge that upon registration, the initial month's tuition will be billed to the provided payment method. I understand that monthly tuition charges will occur over a period of 10 months, commencing on the first of each month from August 2026 through June 1, 2027. I am aware that in order to secure my placement in the desired program/classes, it is mandatory to make monthly tuition payments through Dance Studio Pro via my Parent Portal.

Payment Schedule:
Tuition: Tuition fees are billed on a monthly basis and are due by the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition fees cover the cost of regular classes and are non-refundable. Monthly tuition is considered late if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.

Special Events, Competitions, and Performances: Fees for special events, competitions, and performances will be communicated separately, and payment deadlines will be specified for each event.

Summer Camps and Intensives: Fees for summer camps and intensives will be communicated separately, and payment deadlines will be specified for each program.

Required Participation in Holiday Show:
All dancers at Namari Dance Center are required to participate in the Holiday show. As such, a minimum Holiday Curtain Call Fee of $200.00 will be charged. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

Required Summer Camp/Intensive:
All Namari Dance Center students are required to attend the 1-week Summer Camp/Intensive. The fee for the Summer Camp/Intensive will be charged $255.00 on the 15th of April. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

NDC Performing Company dancers are obligated to take part in Company Summer Intensive / Camp. ( $500 Per Dancer)


Payment Notifications:
Payment notifications, including reminders of due dates and outstanding balances, will be sent via the Remind service. Please ensure that you have provided an up-to-date and active mobile phone number and email address during the enrollment process. It is your responsibility to check your Remind messages regularly and monitor your email inbox for outstanding balance notifications.

Late Payments and Non-Payment:
Late Payments: A late fee of $35.00 will be applied to the account if monthly tuition payment is not received by the 5th of the month. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
b. Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of enrollment in classes and activities at DanceMakers Namari Collective. Outstanding balances may be subject to collections procedures, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result.

Withdrawal:
In the event of a student's withdrawal from DanceMakers Namari Collective, written notice must be provided to the administrative team at least 30 days prior to the desired withdrawal date. Tuition fees are non-refundable, and any outstanding balances must be settled before the withdrawal is considered complete. Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional charges.

I have carefully reviewed and familiarized myself with the financial policies provided on the DanceMakers Namari Collective website and parent portal through Dance Studio Pro. I understand that by continuing with my enrollment and making monthly installment payments for my semester tuition, I accept full responsibility for adhering to the terms and conditions of service. I acknowledge that once the monthly installments have been processed, no refunds will be issued in the event of discontinuation. It is my responsibility to promptly notify DanceMakers Namari Collective of any changes concerning my charge account, including card expiration, name changes, limitations on card use, loss or theft of the card, and any other relevant updates. If, for any reason, the charged amount is declined, I accept the responsibility of making full payment for the charged amount, as well as an NSF fee of $15.00.

I hereby grant DanceMakers Namari Collective the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child at on DanceMakers Namari Collective website and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to myself or child.

I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plate negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of DanceMakers Namari Collective.

I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge the State of Georgia, DanceMakers Namari Collective it's current and former trustees, agents, interns, officers, and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name or, if I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.

I have read and I understand this document. I understand and agree that it is binding on me, my child, our heirs, assigns and personal representatives. I acknowledge that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and that I am the parent or guardian of the child named attached to this account.

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in dance classes, rehearsals, meetings, or the likes thereof (the "Activity"), and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action if any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Namari Dance Center, located at 7730 Roswell Rd Atlanta Ga 30350, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical, or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from and event related to this Activity.

I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING TO AND FROM AS WELL AS PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL ORPSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS, DISFIGUREMENT, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY (INCLUDING PARALYSIS), ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS' NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL, OR THE CONDITION OF THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S). NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN OR UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTCIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO, FROM AND DURING THE ACTIVITY.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namari Dance Center against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensations or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If Namari Dance Center incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Namari Dance Center.

I acknowledge that Namari Dance Center and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf or Namari Dance Center.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE NAMARIE DANCE CENTER AND ALL OF IT'S AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMEBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINTS NAMARI DANCE CENTER FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

To the extent that statue or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Namari Dance Center, it's agents, and employees.

In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.

In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my or my family's willful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.

This agreement was entered into at arm's-length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining strength. Both the participant, and Namari Dance Center agree that this Agreement is clear and unambiguous as to it's terms, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this Agreement, but that it will be interpreted based on the language in accordance with the purpose for which it is entered into.

In the event that any provision contained within this Release of Liability shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase, portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, so long as the clause severed does not affect the intent of the parties. If a court should find that any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.

I, the undersigned participant, affirm that I am of the age of 18 years old or older, and that I am freely signing this agreement, I certify that I have read this agreement, that I fully understand it's content and that this release cannot be modified orally. I am aware that this a release of liability and a contract and that I am signing it of my own free will.

PARENTS/GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS
In the event the participant is under the age of consent (18 years of age). This release form must be signed by a parent and/or guardian as follows:

I hereby certify that I am the parent or guardian ____________________________________________, and do hereby give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on behalf of this individual.

Assumption of Risk

I hereby acknowledge that by attending and participating in classes, programs, or events sponsored by Dancemakers of Atlanta, there is a possibility of physical illness or injury and I assume the risk by participating. I fully understand that the Activity involves risks of bodily injury, paralysis, disability, illness, or death which may be caused by my own actions or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the participant(s) named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I fully assume and accept all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the activity.

Release of Liability

I hereby waive, release, forever discharge any and all rights and claims for injury, illness or death which may arise now or in the future against Dancemakers of Atlanta. I hereby covenant not to sue Dancemakers of Atlanta., its respective owners, operators, administrators, directors, faculty, staff, assistants, agents, representatives, officers, volunteers, employees, participants, sponsors, advertisers and owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place (each considered "releasees" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, or anyone on my behalf make a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result of such claim. I acknowledge that Dancemakers of Atlanta, ., its respective owners, operators, administrators, directors, faculty, staff, assistants, agents, representatives, officers, volunteers, employees, participants, sponsors, advertisers and owners and lessors of premises, shall not be held responsible for treatment, injury or losses due to participation in activities before, during or after classes on the premises or due to any function or activity related to Dancemakers of Atlanta.


Registration Acknowledgement

By registering your dancer with Dancemakers of Atlanta, Inc., I hereby acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the Student Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Dress Code as a result of my registration. I am willing to be held responsible for not adhering to the terms set forth in the aforementioned documents.

In Case of Medical Emergency

Sick Policy: If your dancer is contagious, has a fever, or would ordinarily be kept home from school, please don't send them to Dancemakers of Atlanta until they feel better. Likewise, please keep ill siblings at home or in the car when dropping off and picking up children. Please phone/email the dance school in the event of ANY absence.

Media Release

Any photographs and/or videos taken by or in conjunction with Dancemakers of Atlanta and corresponding activities may be used for any and all promotional purposes.

Handbook & Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
I, the parent/guardian of the registered child(ren), have read the Dancemakers of Atlanta’s Handbook and Code of Conduct and understand all of the requirements in order for my dancer to continue participation at Dancemakers of Atlanta as well as the ramifications if this agreement is broken. I fully comply with all rules and regulations within this Studio’s Code of Conduct. I understand this is a team effort and I will be called upon to help in some way throughout the year with things that are within my capacity to help. I will make every effort to do my share of assisting on behalf of my child. I understand I am required to be present for parent meetings or have someone present on my behalf.

Dancer: As a member of Dancemakers of Atlanta, I have fully read the Handbook & Code of Conduct and understand what is expected of me to remain a dancer in good standing at the Studio. I will keep myself informed of all rules and understand that the consequences of inappropriate actions or poor behavior may be severe. I will do all I can to uphold the honor and tradition of Dancemakers of Atlanta and respect other dancers, the studio, Directors, Staff, Teachers, and volunteers. I understand that my Character matters.

Participation & Liability Waiver

I hereby waive, release, forever discharge any and all rights and claims for injury, illness or death which may arise now or in the future against Dancemakers of Atlanta. I understand that dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury.
I hereby covenant not to sue Dancemakers of Atlanta., its respective owners, operators, administrators, directors, faculty, staff, assistants, agents, representatives, officers, volunteers, employees, participants, sponsors, advertisers and owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place (each considered "releasees" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, or anyone on my behalf make a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result of such claim.
I acknowledge that Dancemakers of Atlanta, its respective owners, operators, administrators, directors, faculty, staff, assistants, agents, representatives, officers, volunteers, employees, participants, sponsors, advertisers and owners and lessors of premises, shall not be held responsible for treatment, injury or losses due to participation in activities before, during or after classes on the premises or due to any function or activity related to Dancemakers of Atlanta.
I confirm that my dancer is in good physical health and able to participate in dance training. I agree to inform Dancemakers of Atlanta of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to any participation.

Payment Requirements

I hereby acknowledge that I must place my credit/debit account number on file in order to register for classes. There are no exceptions.

Monthly Tuition
Monthly payment options: CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or ADVANCE CASH PAYMENTS
TUITION PAYMENTS WILL BE WITHDRAWN ON THE 2ND OF EACH MONTH. ACCOUNTS MUST BE SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC DRAFT/DEBIT/PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL. THIS IS A MANDATORY POLICY.


Please note that Tuition for June is unique. Tuition for August - May will be for the full amount. June's Tuition will be discounted/prorated.
If you choose to pay by CASH, payments must be submitted Two Business Days prior to due date IN-PERSON.
After two late CASH payments are received you will receive a warning letting you know this is your second late CASH Payment. If your CASH payment is late for a third time, you will be required to place a valid CREDIT/DEBIT on file in order to continue your dancer's/dancers' enrollment with Dancemakers of Atlanta, Inc.

Late Fees
Late Tuition payments will incur a $25 late fee billed on the 11th of the month. The late fee will be strictly enforced.
This eliminates forgotten payments and allows us to handle accounts receivable in a timely manner, which allows us to run Dancemakers of Atlanta, Inc., and serve our families more efficiently.
The monthly tuition and the late fee will be auto-debited on the 11th of the month. If the payment is declined or not received for a second time, your dancer/dancers will not be permitted to attend classes, rehearsals or participate in performances or competitions (if it applies) unless your account is current.

COMPANY MEMBERS:
Company Payments will incur a $50.00 late fee billed on the last day of the respective month the payment is due. The late fee will be strictly enforced.
The company payment and the late fee will be auto-debited on the last day of the respective month the payment is due. If the payment is declined or not received for a second time, your company dancer/dancers will not be permitted to participate in company activities unless your account is current.
