1. REGISTRATION:
Registration: A $40 Registration Fee for the first dancer. $30 for the second dancer living in the same household. A family cap of $70. Non-refundable. Must be paid upon registration.
2. TUITION:
The yearly tuition is to be paid monthly (this is divided into nine equal payments regardless of how many classes are in the month, from September through May). Payment is due on the first of the month. If payment is made after the 9th of the month, a $20.00 *late fee will be applied. ALL registered students are required to have a credit card on file for the Auto-Pay transaction. This transaction will happen on the 1st day of the month. If, for any reason, your credit card expires or becomes invalid, it is the parent's responsibility to update this information. If your Auto-Pay fails, you will be notified, and you are required to log into your portal and make the payment. If the payment is late (not paid by the 9th day), you are also responsible for the *late fee (explained above). There are no refunds or transfers of monies paid. If a student is absent, the monthly tuition is not adjusted. The monthly tuition is not adjusted for reasons such as: the month is shorter, the dancer misses class, the dancer is on vacation, etc. These are some examples. If the student withdraws without notification or partway through a current payment period (see policy #3), the monthly tuition is still owed and is not adjusted.
3. WITHDRAWAL:
Withdrawal from the studio must be done in writing. Please see the studio director for a withdrawal form. Otherwise, you are responsible for the current payment period. No refunds or transfers.
4. COSTUME FOR SPRING PERFORMANCE:
These fees will get posted to your dancer's account. Payment for the costumes is expected on November 1, along with the November tuition payment. Ladybugs, Fireflies, and Dragonflies are $110 (one costume), Monarchs are $190 (two costumes). If a dancer is on one of the previously named teams and is in an acro class, that costume is $60. If they only take Acro, the costume fee is $75. If they are in a Hip Hop class, that costume is $95. All recreational Gem teams are $95 for each class/costume. All costumes include a costume, a *recital T-shirt, tights (if needed), and a digital download of the recital. Parents are responsible for the required shoes and undergarments. *Recital T-shirt fee is not included in the Competition Team Costume fees. Those students will get charged separately for the Recital T-shirt.
- Costumes will NOT be ordered for a student unless their costume fee is paid in full.
- In some cases, the dancer and parent may have to buy an additional accessory (ex., Shoes, Ankle socks, headband, hat elastic, etc). You will be notified of this extra purchase, if necessary, once the costume orders have been received.
- Costumes will be given out at the beginning of May on a designated week, and only when costume and tuition accounts (all 9 payments) are paid in full.
- No refunds or transfers. If a student withdraws before the recital performance and all accounts are up to date, they may pick up their dancer's costume after the recital performance is complete.
5. PAYMENT:
You must be enrolled in auto-pay. A processing fee is added. Please note: We will run your tuition on the 1st of every month at no charge. If auto pay fails for any reason, we will notify you via Email. It is then your responsibility to log into your portal and make the monthly tuition payment. You will have 5 days to resolve the issue. In some cases, your account will be put on "inactive" and your dancer cannot return until the account has been settled.
