This class focuses on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall physical fitness to support dancers in their technique and performance. Dancers will work through targeted exercises that improve core stability, muscle control, alignment, and stamina. Conditioning is essential for injury prevention and developing the physical foundation needed for more advanced choreography and consistent progress in all dance styles.
