Tuition is due on the first of the month and considered past due on the tenth of the month. Any account with tuition that remains past due for over 30 days will be subjected to a $10.00 late fee. Students are always welcome to make up in the same age or level of another class for any missed class. If a student is absent for more than three weeks in a row for the same class, the student is subject to be automatically be dropped from the class to allow room for another student who is waiting for a spot and committed to attending class. With the exception of ages 2-4 classes, all parents and siblings should remain outside of the class unless invited by instructor to watch. All students aged 5 and under should have a parent and/ or guardian present in the lobby and/ or arriving 5 minutes early for pick up. Staff and professional photographers may take video and photo of classes and students, by agreeing to our policy, you authorize Dance Hues Studio and Iridescent Dance Company to use the media for publicity purposes. By agreeing to this policy, you also certify that your student(s) have the physical ability to take classes that they are enrolled in. Costume fees are always subjected to a minimum of a $10 late fee per dancer, sometimes can be a maximum of $10 per routine/ class. Payments are first and foremost applied by date and tuition first (before costumes/ private lessons), then private lessons, and then costumes/ merchandise/ event & performance fees. Costumes/ merchandise may not be released if there is a past due balance of more than 30 days. Tuition and other fees for the final month of the season must be paid before recital costumes are released. Any solo, duo, trio and other private lessons will be suspended if account is over 30 days past due in tuition and all privates should be paid by the tenth of the following month in which they were held to avoid private lesson suspension. Payments are non-refundable. All DAISY Studios Inc Tuition Aid recipients are required to sign a separate policy that will be sent via email once student/ family unit has been approved. All scholarship applications are now due by July 1st (the summer prior to the start of the regular season Spring-Fall) All applicants who miss the July 1st deadline must wait until the next regular session to apply, they may take classes at full rate. Current scholarship students/ family units may only add classes at full rate to registration after August 31st. The same number of classes/ class time will be allowed for the summer session as well, any classes that exceed time approved at the beginning of the regular season must be paid at full rate.
