forearm/elbow or chest stand (demonstration/5 second hold;)
students in this class will be working on development of the following skills including variations of cartwheels: one handed, flying, pop, & side aerial cartwheels; One-handed, flying & pop front walkovers; front aerials; one-handed back walkovers, back tucks/layouts; front/back/head handsprings, and many other limbering and tumbling skills including back & front Arabian limber, moon walkover, Valdez, chest & shoulder stand balances and chest & shoulder roll variations!
