Studio Policies 2025-2026

___ A non-refundable $25 Registration Fee per child is due upon registration.
____ A non-refundable $50 Recital Fee per child is due May 1, 2026.
____ All Intensive/Workshop fees are non-refundable.
____ All competition fees are non-refundable.
____ Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. All tuition fees must be paid via Autopay and will run on the 1st of each month. Tuition remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in each month. Semester and yearly payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
____ There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes. Students may make-up a missed class with another class of a similar style/level at any given time when applicable and when space is available.
____ I understand that there are Recital Costume Fees in addition to my child's tuition that will be due. Costume fees will be billed on your October 1st invoice. Any remaining balance will be billed on the February 1st invoice. All Costume fees are non-refundable.
____ Tuition
Monthly tuition is based on a 10-month dance semester with approximately four classes per month. For your convenience, tuition is payable monthly, or by semester (5% discount), or yearly (10% discount). There is no extra charge for months with five classes, nor is there a reduction or refund for any classes missed for holidays or for inclement weather.

Dancers may not sit out a month and then pick back up the next month as classes may reach maximum size and be closed.

Tuition is due the 1st of each month. No exceptions! If the studio is closed or your dancer misses class, tuition is still due on the 1st of the month.

Tuition is non-refundable. We do not prorate tuition for any reason.
You will be responsible for monthly tuition until you notify the studio office of your intent to withdraw from a class prior to the 1st of the month. Charges will continue until written notification is emailed to and received by the studio office at: missy672us@gmail.com
____All accounts, including fees through June 2026, must be completely paid in full by May 1, 2026 for students to be able to participate in the Spring Recital.
____ I understand that any injury that is prompted from activity taking place in the studio is, in no way, the responsibility of Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance, NU PHAZE DA LLC or its members or instructors.
____ I understand that our 2025-2026 Dress Rehearsal & Recital Dates TBA.
____ I understand my child must dress appropriately when attending class. This includes wearing the correct form fitting dancewear, tights, and shoes per class. Hair must be kept pulled back in either a pony or bun depending on class requirements.
____ I understand the Paducah studio follows the Paducah City Schools for inclement weather closings and the Princeton studio follows the Caldwell County Schools.
____ PHOTO RELEASE: By initialing here, I give permission for photographs and/or videos of my child in dance class or performances to be used in promotional material for Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance in both print and web publications.
____ I understand that if the studio is required to close due to state regulations, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Classes will resume on zoom if needed.
