This ballet class introduces young dancers to the beauty and discipline of classical ballet while building a strong technical foundation. Students will develop proper posture, balance, coordination, flexibility, and musicality through age-appropriate barre and center work in a positive, encouraging environment. Ballet training provides the essential technique needed for success in all styles of dance.
Dancers will perform one recital routine while wearing one costume.

This class is required for all dancers participating in the PeeWee Troupe, ensuring they develop the essential skills needed for team performances.
Dancers will perform two recital routines while wearing one costume.

PeeWee Troupe Rehearsal | Only for those participating in PeeWee Troupe
PeeWee Troupe Rehearsal is the required weekly rehearsal for all members of the PeeWee Competition Troupe. Dancers will focus on learning, cleaning, and perfecting their team jazz routine while developing teamwork, performance skills, confidence, and stage presence. Throughout the season, the team will represent Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance by competing at two regional dance competitions and showcasing their routine during the annual recital.
PeeWee Troupe Rehearsal is the required weekly rehearsal for all members of the PeeWee Competition Troupe. Dancers will focus on learning, cleaning, and perfecting their team jazz routine while developing teamwork, performance skills, confidence, and stage presence. Tutu Cuties is the perfect introduction to dance for preschoolers! This fun-filled class builds a strong foundation in ballet, tap, and tumbling while developing coordination, balance, rhythm, motor skills, and social confidence in a positive, encouraging environment. Dancers will perform two recital routines while wearing one costume, making recital both exciting and simple for families.
Required Shoes: Pink Ballet Shoes & Tan Tap Shoes.
It is never too young to start dancing! Enrolling your 3 to 5-year-old, first-time dancer in a dance class is more than just hopping around to fun music. Your dancers are establishing and developing self esteem as well as many important social, cognitive, physical, and gross motor skill sets that will be used for dance and in the real world!
Preschool classes will focus on a combination of introductory ballet, tap, and creative movement, as well as light Acro/Tumbling skills. Note the required Ballet and Tap shoes, hair, and dance attire. See Dress Code.
Dancers must be working on potty training in-Pull Ups. Parents should bring dancers into the lobby and put on tap shoes. Dance shoes should not be worn outside. Young dancers specifically must visit the restroom prior to dance class. No parents allowed in the classroom once class begins. Dancers may only bring water into the dance room. No other drinks are allowed.
We know this can be hard, especially at the beginning, but it is so important to teach young dancers this first step of independence! Parents may view classes from the monitor in the lobby.
Dancers will have 1 costume and perform 2 dances in our June recital!
