Children make new friends, learn to cooperate with others and participate in group activities as they learn behavior skills and much more. An exciting way to introduce a pre-school age child to the wonderful world of DANCE ! Students must be 3 by September 1 AND potty trained. Center Stage technique workshops have been specifically developed to enhance dance team dancers learning, technique, skills and artistry. Providing an enjoyable learning environment for like minded dancers, accelerating their development and knowledge, taking their ability to the next level.
Keeping up with the forever growing dance industry, Center Stage will challenge the potential in dancers & will seek to develop strength, passion and creativity. These workshops have been created to run in conjunction with dancers regular classes & training.
Focusing on dance technique, Center Stage workshops will focus on numerous technical aspects from elevation work to pirouettes, dance conditioning & flexibility.
Dress Code:

Our classical BALLET program was designed to bring training of the highest artistic standards to our students. Classes stress proper body placement and use of the terminology - the special language of Ballet. Students are given a lengthy barre to establish proper body alignment, turnout and increase foot and ankle strength. Since the fundamentals of all major dance forms come from Ballet, it's study is recommended for all serious dance students.
PREREQUISITE:
Students must have a minimum of 6 or more years' experience and must be taking 2 ballet classes per week in addition to this class.

Our Conditioning class focuses on increasing a dancer's flexibility and mobility with proper warm-up and deep stretching, in addition to increasing a dancer's stamina, strength and repertoire of performance skills. Welcome to Center Stage Summer Art Camp, where imagination takes center stage and every day brings a brand new artistic journey! We’re thrilled to open our studio doors to young creators who are ready to paint, sculpt, dance, move, and explore the world of art in exciting, hands on ways.
Each week, campers rotate through three dynamic classes, each led by one of our passionate instructors. With fresh themes and projects every session, your child will discover new skills, make new friends, and bring home artwork they’ll be proud of.

🌟 Get Ready for a Creative Summer Adventure!
Welcome to Center Stage Summer Art Camp, where imagination takes center stage and every day brings a brand new artistic journey! We’re thrilled to open our studio doors to young creators who are ready to paint, sculpt, dance, move, and explore the world of art in exciting, hands on ways.
Each week, campers rotate through three dynamic classes, each led by one of our passionate instructors. With fresh themes and projects every session, your child will discover new skills, make new friends, and bring home artwork they’ll be proud of.
🎨 Who Can Join?
Grades: K–5 Perfect for young artists of all experience levels.
📝 Registration
• Enrollment is first paid, first served — spots fill fast!
• Once a session reaches 50 campers, a waitlist will open.
• Families on the waitlist will be contacted by 5 PM on the Monday of that session if space becomes available.
🎒 Materials
All art supplies are included!
💸 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. If your child can’t attend, your payment becomes a donation supporting future Center Stage scholarships.
⏰ Camp Schedule
Tuesday–Friday 8:45 AM – 2:15 PM
Drop off
• Children must be signed in by a parent or guardian each day.
Pick up
• Classes end at 2:00 PM.
• Pick up window: 2:00–2:15 PM at 520 Wayne Ave, NSB.
• Children must be signed out daily.
• Anyone other than a parent/guardian must be listed in writing and show a photo ID.
🥪 Lunch & Snack
Campers should bring:
• A packed lunch
• A snack
• Containers labeled with their name
Refrigeration is not available — cold packs recommended.

Join Center Stage Dance and Performing Arts for a 4 WEEK summer class program.
Tuesdays from 5pm-8pm
Participate in an intense and fun training program for dancers ages 8 and up. (Students with 4+ years’ experience will be considered regardless of age)
In our classes you will:
-Explore a variety of dance techniques including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, conditioning and more
-Gain Technique, Confidence, Creativity, and Stage Presence
-Bring Your Dancing to the Next Level
-Enjoy Fun, Exciting Classes
-Maintain your current practice
