Ballet and Tap all in one! Designed for the young dancer, this class will introduce basic principles of movement, such as body and spatial awareness, expanded movement vocabulary, and fundamental steps in both Ballet and Tap dance. With a mix of games, creative movement, and focus, this class is fit for your young dancer to grow and develop week to week. This class will provide experience in following routines and directions and great opportunities for socialization with peers! Enjoy the space to play, grow and have fun! Think tiptoeing, gentle stretches, and basic positions with rhythm and percussion. The whole session is playful and full of music, games, and imagination, helping the kids build confidence, motor skills, and a love for dancing in a joyful, supportive space.

Come join us as we explore individuality and self expression via choreographic phrasing and performance quality! Inspired by Contemporary style music and movement, this class will explore Classic Jazz dance techniques, choreographed combinations, confidence, courage, and commitment to emotional dance expression. A great group class that places emphasis on the individual dancer's development. It is an energetic and fun session designed to introduce young dancers to the basics of jazz technique and style. Class starts with a warm-up that includes stretching and simple movements to prepare the body. Kids learn foundational jazz steps like jazz walks, kicks, leaps, and turns, all taught in a playful and encouraging way. The class incorporates music with a strong, upbeat rhythm to keep the energy high and help students feel the groove. The students will put steps together into routines, helping them build coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Throughout, the focus is on enjoyment, creativity, and developing a love for dance.

Do you want to stretch and tone your body? Are you looking for a welcoming environment where you can work out without feel pressured and self-conscious? Then this class is for you! You will stretch and tone using conditioning exercises for increased flexibility and muscle toning. Class focuses on building overall fitness, strength, and endurance in a safe and age-appropriate way using skills such as bodyweight movements, resistance training, agility drills, and core strengthening to improve muscle tone, coordination, and athletic performance. Warm-ups and cool-downs are included to prevent injury, with an emphasis on proper technique and gradual progression. The environment is motivating and supportive, helping develop healthy habits, confidence, and physical resilience.

Designed for the young dancer, this creative movement based class mixes familiar words like jump, skip and wiggle with classic dance concepts of plié, relevé, leap and jump. Students will gain new knowledge and body awareness, designed to fit and compliment their developmental growth. From week to week, this class will focus on practicing moves and routines, following directions and is a great opportunity for socialization and learning to work with others! This class focuses on the more challenging elements of jazz dance such as turns, jumps & leaps. Utilizing this focused approach of these dance elements in a 'progressions' class develops alignment, strength and flexibility more effectively. This pedagogical technique emphasizes fundamental repetition w/ incremental increases in difficulty. The dancer's motor skills, coordination, balance, and weight shifting abilities are honed and strengthened in order to smoothly transition into the more difficult execution of seamless turns, exuberant jumps, and boundless leaps. Turns, leaps and jumps is a technique-focused class designed to strengthen the skills needed to execute jumps and turns with confidence and control. Dancers will break down the mechanics behind movement, exploring alignment, momentum, balance, and the physics that make tricks more efficient and powerful. Through targeted drills, progressions, and across-the-floor combinations, students will refine their technique while safely pushing their limits. This class encourages curiosity, body awareness, and a willingness to try new things as dancers build both technical precision and performance
confidence.

Are you seeking some HipHop dance fusion? This hip-hop based 'open styles' class is designed for dancers with little previous dance experience who seek to explore integrating various styles, postures, movement qualities, and physicality. The dancer should expect some modern dance flare and be willing to venture into new ways of dance expression that include fun, energetic, emotional, and groovy dance choreography! This class focuses on developing strong foundational skills while encouraging
individuality and self-expression. Dancers will work on grooves, texture, and musicality
through dynamic combinations inspired by old-school and new-school hip hop
styles. Through high-energy choreography, students will build strength, coordination, and
confidence in a fun and motivating environment.

Led by the principles of Brain Dance (a registered trademark) - this class is for dancers to explore all the ways that embodying movement can be FUN! It is a playful and imaginative experience where little ones explore movement through music, stories, and simple games. The focus is on encouraging children to express themselves freely using their bodies, developing basic motor skills like balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Activities might include dancing like animals, moving to different rhythms, and using props like scarves or balls to inspire creativity. The environment is relaxed and supportive, allowing kids to have fun while building confidence and a love for dance.

With a fusion of Hip Hop, Jazz, and Commercial dance, everyone will be sure to find their passion & strength, all while getting their heart rate up while training in this unique dance class format. It is an exciting and dynamic session where kids learn fresh, energetic moves with a modern twist. The class begins with a warm-up to get the body ready, focusing on isolations, grooves, and basic hip-hop steps. Then, dancers dive into a fun choreography that blends classic hip-hop with new, creative moves set to upbeat, remix-style music. The class encourages self-expression and a confident attitude, helping kids build self confidence, rhythm, and coordination. Embark on a graceful journey into the world of ballet with our Adult Ballet Class. Perfect for those with little to no prior ballet experience, this class is designed to introduce adults to the fundamentals of classical ballet technique in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Begin each class with a series of gentle barre exercises aimed at preparing the body for ballet movements while improving flexibility and alignment. Move to the center for foundational exercises focused on developing strength, balance, and proper body alignment. Learn essential ballet positions, movements, and terminology while building a solid ballet foundation. Transition to the center of the studio to further explore ballet movements away from the support of the barre. Develop coordination, fluidity, and grace through a variety of exercises including plies, tendus, degages, and more. Put your newly acquired skills into practice with across-the-floor exercises designed to improve spatial awareness, musicality, and confidence in executing ballet movements in motion.
