Welcome to the season, dancers!
Our Company Boot Camp is the official kickoff to the year—designed to welcome all of our company dancers and set the tone for a successful and inspiring season ahead.
This experience brings together our Teeny, Mini, and Elite Company dancers for a time of connection, growth, and team building, helping every dancer feel confident, included, and ready to begin the season.
Throughout the boot camp, dancers will:
Build friendships and strengthen team connections
Learn expectations and values of being a company dancer
Train, reset, and refocus after summer
Step into their roles within the company
We’ll wrap up the experience with the Company Lock-In—a fun and memorable night celebrating our dancers and the community we’re building together.
