Exclusively for members of our Dance Teams, this Jumps & Turns class will focus on developing the technical skills needed for executing jumps, leaps, and turns in various dance styles. This class will incorporate exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as instruction on proper technique and alignment. Students will learn to execute a variety of jumps and turns with control and precision.
