Petite Gymnastics
This class is perfect as an introduction to gymnastics and several apparatuses for our Preschoolers and Kindergartners. It is designed for young children with a lot of energy who need a fun and constructive outlet who also want to tumble! This one-time class will focus on helping students solidify their kick-overs, or turn their backbend kickovers into a back walkover. We will focus on drills to gain control in our backbends, strengthen and increase flexibility in shoulders and backs, and strengthen students’ core muscles.
