Dance Camp 101 is a young dancer's first intensive to introduce them to the excellence of studying classical ballet. Dance Camp 101 begins with an extended ballet class that includes stretching and conditioning. Dancers will experience hip hop, jazz, and learn choreography to be presented at the end of the week. Ballet Fundamentals is a class for new students to PDT as a transition into Levels 2 and up. Each class will focus entirely on the most important foundational building blocks of good technique. For an older beginner or a dancer who may need to assimilate into the PDT syllabus or any dancer needing extra technical enrichment - this class is designed to meet those specific needs.
