Level 1 is designed for beginner gymnasts ages 8 and older who are developing the essential skills needed for safe and successful progression in gymnastics. Students focus on proper technique while building strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness through foundational skills including forward and backward rolls, handstands, bridges, backbends, bridge kickovers, front limbers, cartwheels, and roundoffs. Gymnasts also learn key body positions, jumping techniques, and classroom etiquette, fostering confidence, discipline, and teamwork in a positive, encouraging environment. This class provides a strong foundation for advancement into higher-level gymnastics.

Gymnasts also continue refining their jumps, body positions, flexibility, and classroom etiquette while developing the confidence, discipline, and technical precision needed to advance to higher-level gymnastics.
