Tuition Due Date

Monthly tuition is due by the 20th of each month and is always one month ahead (Ex: Octobers payment is due September 20th). Term tuition is due on August 20th and January 20th (there are a total of two terms per year).

Payment Terms

If payment is not made by the 20th and you are 30 days overdue a 10% interest charge will be added to your account. If you are 60 days overdue your child will be suspended until overdue amount has been paid in full. If your account is 90 days overdue your account will be passed over to collections. Please ensure your payments are made on time in order to avoid overcharges and suspensions on your account.

Refunds and Cancellations

Astounding Heights Dance Academy does not offer refunds. We offer your first class for free so that you can ensure your child enjoys the class before committing to anything. Astounding Heights does not offer make-up classes or refunds for unforeseen class cancellations (such as bad weather, etc.). Astounding Heights Dance Academy does however offer make-up classes is if the teacher cancels classes for their own personal reasons (ex: cancels due to sickness, etc)
