Get ready to flip, fly, and dance your heart out at our Acro & Dance Camp — the ultimate week of high-energy training, creative choreography, and confidence-building fun for dancers and gymnasts ages 7–1.4, we will be in separate groups for age and level Our expert instructors combine professional acrobatics technique, strength and flexibility conditioning, and dance styles from jazz and contemporary to hip-hop and lyrical in a safe, progressive curriculum. Campers learn hands-on spotting skills, partner Acro, tumbling progressions, and expressive choreography, then showcase their new skills in a final performance for family and friends.
