3 Weekly troupe training (Wednesday 4:40 – 5:25, February 4 to July 29, no training in school holidays)
REGULAR CLASS ATTENDANCE
Troupe dancers are required to maintain perfect attendance at all regular weekly classes and to prioritise regular classes over all other events. Exceptions - extreme weather, contagious illness, compulsory school event or significant family event such as a wedding.
CHOREOGRAPHY INTENSIVES – compulsory dates
JANUARY Wed 28, Thu 29 and Fri 30 – after school
MARCH Sat 28 – session times to be advised, but likely mid-morning through to early afternoon
MAY Sat 9 - session times to be advised, but likely mid-morning through to early afternoon
COMPETITION DATES
MAY 29 - 31 Maryborough eisteddfod, Maryborough
JUNE 27 - 28 Carnival Dance Challenge, Buderim
AUGUST 1 - 2 Gympie eisteddfod, Gympie
TROUPE FEES Troupe fees are separate from regular class tuition and include Choreography workshops Jan 28, 29 and 30; Saturday intensives; weekly training and competition registration fees.
The troupe fee does NOT include performer passes or spectator tickets for events. As a rule, performer passes must be purchased separately by parents.
The troupe fee does not include costume, stockings, shoes, hair accessories, make up, team jacket or travel expenses.
Troupe fee is split into 3 payments for each member. Troupe fee payment is non-refundable.
