24 hours notice must be given for absences to be excused and two excused absences per semester may be made up. If less than 24 hours notice is received, the absence is considered unexcused and the lesson will not be made up, except for emergencies as agreed upon by the parent, teacher and Magnify.
There are no refunds.
Instructors are under no obligation to make up a lesson due to student tardiness. If student is running late, they are to make every effort to contact the instructor and Magnify to secure their scheduled lesson. The instructor is under no obligation to extend lessons that begin late due to student tardiness.
If an instructor is late, the lesson time will be extended, and the other students will be informed of a later start time to accommodate. The expectation however, is that all teachers run on time.
