This class is designed to help dancers improve foot strength, flexibility, articulation, and overall range of motion. Through targeted exercises focusing on the feet, ankles, and lower legs, dancers will work to develop stronger pointe, cleaner lines, better balance, and improved control. Training will emphasize proper muscle engagement, injury prevention, and technique development to support ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and acro training.
