Shine Bright Acro - Thursday
In Shine Bright Acro, we have a fun filled, fast paced 30 minute class where we do a dance warm up, stretch, learn introductory exercises and progressions for acrobatic dance. In this class, we are very cautious that what we are teaching is age appropriate, and the students are not doing much more than forward rolls, cartwheels and handstands. We work on “pre tumbling†exercises that are safe for children of this age.
This class is great for building confidence, body awareness, safe dance awareness and gross motor skills.
