Musical Theatre - Ages 9-13
Students will learn a variety of dances from different musicals and will focus on different dance styles and acting skills. Students may enjoy singing along to some of the songs, however, they are expected to lip sync lyrics and focus on their dance steps and styles.
The uniform is the same as the jazz uniform: a black tank style bodysit, black dance shorts, and either beige jazz shoes by Bloch or bare feet. Students must wear their hair back in a ponytail.

This is a 60 minute Royal Academy of Dance ballet class for children in Grade 6+ (school grade) OR who have completed Grade 2 RAD ballet. This is 1 of 2 required ballet classes. The other class is on Mondays from 6:15-7:15.. There is a costume rental fee of 35.00+HST for this class. This is due upon registration. The uniform for this class is a black sleeveless body suit with light pink tights, pink Capezio Hanami ballet shoes and 3/4 inch heel Bloch character shoes.
