This class is designed for our youngest dancers. Students will have fun learning balance and rhythm to popular children's music through singing and movement games. Props such as pom poms, hula hoops, and bean bags are used to enhance the learning experience. Class sizes are kept very small to assure plenty of individual attention for our tiny dancers.

Bopp-N-Babies (ages 12 to 24 months)
Come move and groove with your tiny dancer in this fun interactive class. This class offers an environment for children to developmentally grow, both individually and socially in a dance class setting. The Parent/Guardian plays an integral part in class by providing comfort and modeling participation. Along with the instructor, adult and child will follow along with the instruction of the class. Additionally, activities will explore gross motor skill development and rhythm activities. This class is a pre-introduction to dance and is a great class to help transition your children into a dance class on their own.

Our Pom Poms and Ponytails class combines elements of dance and cheerleading, focusing on energetic routines with pom-poms. Students learn basic to advanced jazz and hip-hop techniques, including kicks, turns, leaps, and body movements, all while incorporating sharp, synchronized pom-pom movements. The class emphasizes teamwork, coordination, and performance skills, fostering confidence and a sense of rhythm.

Ballet- Level 3
Level 3 ballet, often called intermediate or advanced beginner, focuses on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, and introducing more complex combinations. Students will expand their vocabulary with more intricate steps and begin to explore more advanced movements like pirouettes and jumps. Emphasis is also placed on musicality, artistry, and performance quality.

Dancers in this level are expected to have a good understanding of basic ballet terminology and positions.

Accessible Dance - Students with Disabilities
Our Accessible Dance program allows children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities the opportunity to dance and express themselves through movement. Every class begins with a fun, energetic warm up, followed by across the floor movement. The focus of the class is for students to experience movement and activity in a positive manner with lively music, games, props, rhymes, and more.

Tumbling Tots: Discover the joy of movement!
Our toddler tumbling class is a fantastic way for your little one to explore their physical abilities and develop crucial skills in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
What to expect
Age-appropriate activities: Movements are tailored to toddlers, such as rolls, jumps, basic balances, and creative movement games. This promotes development and helps prevent injury.
Developing key skills: Balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness are enhanced as children learn and practice fundamental tumbling skills.
Building body awareness: Toddlers gain a better understanding of their body's capabilities and how to move safely and efficiently through various exercises, including learning how to fall safely.
Social & emotional growth: Teamwork, sharing, following instructions, and positive interactions with peers and instructors are encouraged, fostering essential social skills.

We offer multiple levels of Acro training from beginner to advanced!
