Acro - Acro dance is a style of dance that blends dance technique and styles with acrobatic elements. Morita's School of Dance is a Certified Acrobatic Arts Studio. Within the class, students will work at their own pace on progression based skills and will have strict requirements that have to be met to safely and confidently move to the next level. Our classes focus on 40% conditioning, 25% flexibility, 20% balancing skills, 15% tumbling (only up to aerials and back handsprings).
